<div><div>Engineering Industries Excellence is seeking for a highly skilled Microsoft Dynamics AX Finance and Operations (F&amp;O) Business Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding and supporting clients in the implementation, optimization, and support of Dynamics AX F&amp;O solutions. You will work closely with clients to understand their business needs and deliver tailored solutions that enhance their financial and operational processes.</div><div></div><div>
Key Responsibilities:</div><div>
o Engage with clients to understand their business processes, requirements, and goals.</div><div>
o Conduct detailed requirements analysis and translate business needs into functional specifications for Dynamics AX F&amp;O solutions.</div><div>
o Design and configure Dynamics AX F&amp;O solutions to meet client-specific needs and industry best practices.</div><div>
o Lead or support the implementation process, including system setup, data migration, and integration with other enterprise systems.</div><div>
o Customize Dynamics AX F&amp;O modules to enhance functionality and address specific business requirements.</div><div>
o Optimize system performance and ensure alignment with client objectives and industry standards.</div><div>
o Develop and deliver training sessions and materials to end-users to ensure effective use of Dynamics AX F&amp;O.</div><div>
o Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for system issues, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.</div><div>
o Design and generate reports and dashboards to provide insights into financial and operational performance.</div><div>
o Assist clients in utilizing Dynamics AX F&amp;O reporting tools to support data driven decision-making.</div><div>
o Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including system configurations, process workflows, and user guides.</div><div>
o Share best practices and recommendations for leveraging Dynamics AX F&amp;O to achieve business objectives.<br>

Qualifications:</div><ul><li>Education:</li></ul>
o Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.<br>
<br>
<ul><li>Experience:</li></ul><div>
o Proven experience as a Microsoft Dynamics AX (or Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations) Business Consultant, with a strong focus on finance and operations modules.</div><div>
o Experience in project management, business analysis, and system implementation.</div><div><br>
Skills:</div><div>
o Deep understanding of Dynamics AX F&amp;O modules, including Finance, Supply Chain Management, Production, and Project Management.</div><div>
o Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.</div><div>
o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal teams.</div><div>
o Proficiency in SQL, AX X++, and other relevant technologies is desirable.</div><div></div><ul><li>Certifications:</li></ul><div>
o Microsoft Dynamics AX or Dynamics 365 certifications (such as MB-310, MB 320) are preferred.</div></div><div></div>
