We are seeking a skilled and experienced Certified Pipe Welder to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for welding pipes and piping systems in various industrial, commercial, and infrastructure projects. This position requires precision, attention to detail, and adherence to safety protocols while working with various pipe materials and welding techniques.
&lrm;
Welding Operations<ul><li>
Perform high-quality welding on pipes of various materials including carbon steel, stainless steel, and alloy pipes</li><li>
Weld pipes in all positions including horizontal, vertical, and overhead</li><li>
Join pipe sections and install piping systems according to blueprints and specifications</li></ul>
Quality and Safety<ul><li>
Conduct visual inspections of welds to ensure quality standards are met</li><li>
Follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)</li><li>
Maintain clean and organized work areas</li><li>
Comply with company safety policies and OSHA regulations</li></ul>
Technical Duties<ul><li>
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and welding symbols</li><li>
Calculate pipe dimensions, angles, and measurements</li><li>
Prepare pipe surfaces by cleaning, grinding, and beveling as needed</li><li>
Set up welding equipment and select appropriate welding rods/wire</li><li>
Perform routine maintenance on welding equipment</li></ul>

Minimum Experience: 8+ 
Years Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree
