We are looking for a motivated and creative Marketing Executive to support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about brand building, content, and campaign performance.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and brand initiatives</li><li>Manage social media content calendars and coordinate posting schedules</li><li>Support digital marketing activities (email, website updates, paid ads, SEO basics)</li><li>Coordinate with designers, vendors, and internal teams on marketing materials</li><li>Monitor campaign performance and prepare basic reports and insights</li><li>Conduct market research and competitor analysis</li><li>Support event marketing, activations, and promotional activities</li><li>Ensure brand guidelines are followed across all communications</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field</li><li>0&ndash;3 years of experience in a marketing or communications role</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools</li><li>Basic understanding of analytics and reporting</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)</li><li>Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment</li></ul>Preferred Skills (Optional but Preferred)<ul><li>Experience with content creation and copywriting</li><li>Proficiency in video editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, and After Effects</li><li>Knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, or email marketing tools</li><li>Experience supporting events, exhibitions, or brand activations</li><li>Basic design skills using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Competitive salary based on experience</li><li>Opportunity to work on creative and high-impact marketing projects</li><li>Growth and learning opportunities within a dynamic team</li><li>Supportive and collaborative work environment</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, FresherPay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
