EPS has a history of over 60 years in California, with success from the Trial level to SCOTUS. EPS seeks associates with 0-2 years of litigation experience for civil liability defense, employment law defense, workers' compensation subrogation, LHWCA defense and workers' compensation practice areas.The ideal candidate will possess excellent research, writing and oral advocacy skills, as well as the ability to effectively negotiate and advocate for clients.
