EPS has a history of over 60 years in California, with success from the Trial level to SCOTUS. EPS seeks an associate with civil litigation experience for civil liability defense, employment law defense and workers' compensation subrogation practice areas.The ideal candidate will possess excellent research, writing and oral advocacy skills, as well as the ability to effectively negotiate and advocate for clients.
