 We are currently seeking an experienced, dedicated RN&nbsp;to join our premier Residential team in working
 
 24-40
 
 
 &nbsp;hours per week.
 
 &nbsp;Due to our unique setting, the RN will be instrumental in providing overall
 
 
 care management
 
 
 , ensuring our Residents&nbsp;well-being through the delivery of exceptional, high quality hands-on care. You will also provide support, training, and coaching to our team members. Strong team building and mentoring skills are a definite plus!
 
 
 As our RN you'll be&nbsp;providing on-site direct care and supervision during the week and will participate in on call one evening per week and every 4th or 5th weekend.
 
 
 
 Qualifications:
 
 
 
 &middot; Current MN RN license in good standing
 
 
 &middot; Dementia experience is required
 
 
 &middot; Excellent assessment, verbal and documentation skills required
 
 
 &middot;&nbsp;Strong organizational and analytical skills
 
 
 &middot; Ability to make independent decisions
 
 
 &middot; Valid MN drivers license reliable transportation required
 
 
 &middot; Geriatric patient care&nbsp;preferred
 
 
 &middot; Experience working with comprehensive licensure or assisted living preferred
