The law firm of Englund &amp; Associates Law Office, LLC is seeking a fulltime Legal Secretary to join our Baraboo office. This position works with attorneys and clients by providing administrative and clerical support. Business hours are from 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Greet clients and visitors.</li><li>Answer phones.</li><li>Perform data entry tasks, word processing, spreadsheets, transcription, e-mail, scheduling, edit documents, filing and other duties as assigned.</li><li>Maintain confidential client files and records.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>A high level of proficiency in Microsoft Word is required, as well as the ability to work in Excel, Outlook and Adobe.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>Ability to accurately type 45 WPM.</li><li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and accurately.</li></ul>How to Apply:Interested candidates should submit their resume and cover letter by e-mail to info@baraboodellslaw.com.Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
