 Compliance &amp; Governance
 
 
 &bull; Ensure all payroll solutions comply with regulatory requirements and financial industry standards.
 
 
 &bull; Work with Compliance and Risk teams to maintain adherence to internal policies and external regulations.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Requirements:
 
 
 
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in business, Finance, or a related field.
 
 
 &bull; 6&ndash;10 years of experience in fintech, banking, or financial services.
 
 
 &bull; Proven experience in payroll solutions, payments, or financial product management.
 
 
 &bull; Strong understanding of sales distribution channels and product growth strategies.
 
 
 &bull; Experience managing cross-functional teams and strategic initiatives.
 
 
 &bull; Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Preferred Qualifications
 
 
 
 &bull; Experience in payroll platforms, payment systems, or financial ecosystems.
 
 
 &bull; Background in product growth, fintech partnerships, or digital financial services.

Payroll & Sales and Distribution Senior Manager

 JOB PURPOSE:
 
 
 
 Contribute to the effective implementation and management of organizational development, Manpower planning and People &amp; Culture transformation initiatives and projects.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Accountabilities
 
 
 
 Organization Development:
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Prepare, update, and maintain job descriptions and job families to clarify roles, responsibilities, and requirements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Implement job evaluation processes to ensure fair and transparent assessments of all roles.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct span of control analyses and collaborate on restructuring projects to optimize organizational efficiency.
 </li>
 <li>
 Participate in operating model assessments to ensure alignment with strategic and operational goals.
 </li>
 <li>
 Analyse organizational development trends and recommend initiatives to enhance business performance.
 </li>
 <li>
 Fully engage in any restructuring project internally with all stakeholders to clarify the needs, define the rationale and propose the best practices.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Manpower planning:
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Prepare short- and long-term manpower plans closely with Finance and end-users in alignment with the People &amp; Culture strategy to enable the achievement of Enjaz strategic and operational plans.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage the preparation and implementation action plans of organizational structure changes in People &amp; Culture System.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support and execute short- and long-term manpower plans in alignment with People &amp; Culture strategies and business objectives.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct workload assessments and determine accurate headcount requirements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor Saudization targets and ensure compliance with government regulations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare workforce analytics and reports to provide insights for decision-making by senior management.
 </li>
 <li>
 Implement and track changes to the organizational structure in People &amp; Culture systems to maintain data accuracy.
 </li>
 <li>
 Control all New Staff request, Acting Requests, Internal and External Transfer requests in the company required in alignment with the approved structure and availability of the budget.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 People &amp; Culture transformation:
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Support People &amp; Culture transformation projects by implementing process improvements and adopting new technologies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Participate in change management initiatives to ensure successful adoption of new systems and strategies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Leverage People &amp; Culture data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of transformation initiatives and make recommendations for improvements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist in training People &amp; Culture teams on new systems, processes, and tools to ensure smooth transitions.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 QUALIFICATIONS:
 
 
 
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
