 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Architecture,

 Experienced in International projects,

 Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, with experience working within BIM processes and able to use Revit software,

 JOB DESCRIPTION
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Actively worked in the preparation and development of system details in Working Design projects. Comprehensive knowledge of detail and system drawings of large scale projects with minimum 10 years of experience.
 </li>
 <li>
 Able to lead the development of details starting from tender information to site application.
 </li>
 <li>
 Acquainted with building exterior shell (facade-roof) materials, proficient in facade composition and shop details, and able to produce necessary system solutions within the scope of roof-facade detail design
 </li>
 <li>
 Bear full responsibility of architectural details/system drawings and mock-ups of the entire project including coordination of the project staff.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experienced in controlling and coordinating shop drawing projects prepared by subcontractors,
 </li>
 <li>
 Bear full responsiblity for issuing the architectural detail projects to client according to the work schedule
 </li>
 <li>
 Extensive knowledge about materials, with a passion for continuous research and development.

 QUALIFICATIONS
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 B.Sc or M.Sc degree in Mechanical Engineering
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum 2 years of engineering work experience about HVAC systems of industrial projects
 </li>
 <li>
 Good command of written and spoken English
 </li>
 <li>
 Good knowledge of MS Office programs
 </li>
 <li>
 Extensive experience in the use of graphic tools like AutoCAD and Revit
 </li>
 <li>
 Good knowledge of HVAC calculation software (e.g. Carrier HAP)
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong communication skills, team worker
 </li>
 <li>
 Analytical thinking, result oriented, enthusiastic, self motivated, positive and energetic
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work in harmony with other engineering disciplines
 </li>
 <li>
 No restriction to travel and stay abroad when needed

 Knowledgeable and experienced in selection of HVAC equipment (e.g. air handling units, roof top units, exhaust fans, split A/C&rsquo;s, etc.).

 <li>
 Good knowledge of ASHRAE and SMACNA standards.

 <li>
 Familiar with major international standards of ASME, ASTM, API, ISO and EN associated with design, material selection and testing of HVAC equipment.

 <li>
 Experienced in power plants and O&amp;G projects
 </li>

 JOB DESCRIPTION
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Carry out mechanical design works for HVAC systems in power plants and O&amp;G projects.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare design basis for HVAC system in addition to material requisitions, technical specifications, and datasheets for HVAC equipment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Review and approve suppliers&rsquo; technical proposals. Prepare technical bid evaluation document based on these proposals and project requirements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Review and approve manufacturers&rsquo; technical documentation (drawings, calculations, datasheets, etc.)
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare HVAC MTO&rsquo;s including HVAC equipment and all accessories (e.g. ducts, dampers, etc.).
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare detail design drawings such as: Buildings&rsquo; HVAC detail drawings (to be used by construction group at site), HVAC calculations of each premises.
 </li>
 <li>
 Carry out all HVAC calculations via software such as Carrier HAP, excel and also double check software results with hand calculations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Exchange the information with the other engineering disciplines and coordinate the inter-disciplinary documents reviews and other related engineering works jointly developed.
 </li>
 <li>
 Be the technical interface with Site Team and Vendor.
 </li>
 <li>
 Attend Factory Acceptance Tests and Site Acceptance Tests.
 </li>
