POSITION SUMMARY:</p><p>
Under the supervision of the Registered Nurse, the Certified Nursing Assistant may give patient care. They may perform selected nursing procedures as defined in the Patient Care Standards Manual. The CNA transports non-controlled medications to and from pharmacy. Under supervision of a Registered Nurse, the Certified Nursing Assistant provides a support function to the nurse by coordinating special tasks and assisting where needed. The Certified Nursing Assistant collaborates with other members of the patient care team to provide care in accordance with the medical plan of care.</p><p></p><p>
EDUCATION / TRAINING / EXPERIENCE:</p><p>

POSITION SUMMARY:</p><p>
Under the supervision of the Desktop Support Supervisor and Applications Manager, the Help Desk Specialist&rsquo;s primary roles are to provide exceptional customer support and service for first call resolution. They acquire sufficient information and knowledge when the customer calls with issues to ensure timely resolution of the issue, in addition to monitoring, operating and performing preliminary diagnostics on computer systems and applications including auxiliary equipment. Must maintain strict confidentiality in all matters pertaining to employee, patients, and business operations of Enloe Medical Center.</p><p><br>
</p><p>EDUCATION / TRAINING / EXPERIENCE:</p><p>
Minimum:</p><ul><li>
Must meet one of the following:<ul><li>
Two years of college coursework in a Technology degree,</li><li>
Microsoft or Cisco certification</li><li>
One year experience in providing technical and customer support to small to medium size computer networks</li></ul></li><li>
One year experience configuring MS Office applications, Microsoft operating systems or repairing and configuring PCs and printers</li></ul><p>

Ability to analyze complex information systems and to coordinate with other resources and management in defining system problems and solutions. Analytical skills necessary to determine user needs from process descriptions and to suggest policies and procedures relative to Network security and operations. Working knowledge of personal computer hardware, software, network protocols and topologies. Ability to plan and perform multiple tasks with frequent interruptions. Ability to organize, prioritize and implement work projects. Ability to actively participate in meetings and work groups. Ability to interact effectively with clients having a broad range of computer knowledge and ability. Ability to work as a team member. Skill in the operation of personal computers and related hardware devices. Ability to work varied shifts. POSITION SUMMARY:</div><div>
Under the supervision of the Registered Nurse or Department leader, the Patient Care Support Technician (PCST) will provide patient handling (lift/turn/transfer) assistance in designated departments at Enloe Medical Center. The PCST will provide patient transport at the Esplanade site to/from/between units, testing areas, ED and/or Surgery as assigned. The PCST will be proficient in the use of Enloe Medical Center patient handling equipment and will work alone, with other hospital personnel to perform scheduled and non-scheduled patient lifts, turns, transports, and transfers. The PCST will assist in patient handling/transport equipment management, including cleaning and ensuring the equipment is available and in proper working order for use. The PCST will provide instruction on use of the patient handling equipment to general nursing staff as appropriate. The duties of the PCST will be carried out in a customer service-oriented fashion; recognizing their important contribution to patient satisfaction.</div><div></div><div>

Must have knowledge and skills of basic body mechanics and safe patient lift/transfer techniques including the ability to learn the use of Enloe&rsquo;s patient handling equipment. Will work with other staff and must respond to frequent calls in a timely manner. Must be able to train staff in the use of patient handling equipment. Must have good written and verbal communication skills. Strength assessment and functional capacity evaluation is required prior to employment offer. Must have the ability to perform the essential functions of the job.</div><div></div><div>
