What You'll Own
As VP&ndash;Delivery Lead, you'll be the driving force behind our delivery organization setting the vision, building the team, and delivering the results that matter most. Your responsibilities will span:<ul><li>
Strategic Direction: Define the practice roadmap, set ambitious goals, and rally your team around a clear, compelling vision</li><li>
Business Development: Identify and pursue growth opportunities, partnering closely with sales to expand our client footprint</li><li>
Client Excellence: Cultivate deep, trusted relationships and ensure every engagement reflects our commitment to quality and results</li><li>
Global Team Leadership: Lead and develop talent across the U.S., India, and emerging markets, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance</li><li>
Operational Rigor: Manage resources, budgets, and delivery operations to keep projects on track, on time, and on budget</li><li>
Thought Leadership: Stay ahead of industry trends, develop intellectual capital, and represent ennVee's expertise in the broader enterprise applications community</li></ul>
Requirements:

Who You Are
You're an established leader in the consulting world, someone who's built practices, grown teams, and delivered results in JD Edwards, Oracle EBS/ERP, Oracle Fusion, Salesforce, SAP, or NetSuite. You have:<ul><li>
10+ years of relevant leadership experience in a consulting or professional services environment</li><li>
A strong executive presence and a natural sales instinct, you open doors and close deals</li><li>
Deep credibility and genuine respect within the Oracle and enterprise applications community</li><li>
A track record of hitting financial targets, revenue growth, EBITDA, and beyond</li><li>
Exceptional communication skills and a client-first mindset that earns long-term trust</li><li>
The strategic and analytical horsepower to think big and execute even bigger</li><li>
A bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline is required.</li></ul>
