Key ResponsibilitiesProcess and Review&middot; To close service tickets as per the stipulated turnaround time.&middot; To help service sales team by generating service leads.&middot; To communicate properly with customer and should be presentable in front of the customer.&middot; To take care of installations of systems.&middot; To oversee the installation and commissioning of energy systems, including KVH optimization system, renewable energy systems (e.g., wind turbines, solar panels), and related infrastructure.&middot; To ensure that systems are installed according to specifications and industry standards.&middot; To perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on energy systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.&middot; To diagnose and repair faults in mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems.&middot; To replace or upgrade components as needed to extend the life of the equipment.&middot; To provide on-site and remote troubleshooting support to identify and resolve issues with energy systems.&middot; To rectify issues related to systems and co-ordinate with service sales team.&middot; To maintain detailed records of service visits, including maintenance performed, parts replaced, and issues resolved.Engagement, Rewards&middot; To maintain healthy, motivating &amp; synergetic environment in the organization.&middot; To participate in employee engagement activities like conducting themes, spot recognition, grievance handling and rewards based on monthly performance.Behavioral aspect&middot; To work in team, share best practices with each other, support other team members.&middot; To maintain positive attitude and enthusiasm.&middot; To focus on skills-development.&middot; To contribute to improvements in the workplace.&middot; To maintain utmost confidentiality and integrity towards the organization.&middot; To ensure care while using resources provided by the organization like laptops, pen- drives, etc.Behavioral Competencies &middot; Communication skill&middot; Time management&middot; Attention to detail&middot; Conflict management&middot; Problem solving skills&middot; Interpersonal skills&middot; Flexibility&middot; Presentation skillsPreferred Skills:&middot; Strong technical knowledge of energy systems, including electrical and mechanical components.&middot; Proficiency in diagnostic tools, software, and equipment used in energy system maintenance.&middot; Knowledge of installation and commissioning of systems.&middot; Should work independently.Location : Chatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj Nagar (Aurangabad)Expected Qualification for This Position &middot; BE &ndash; Electrical&middot; Diploma &ndash; Electrical.
