Purpose:

Duties

The caregiver (CNA) will be responsible for:

Job Summary:

The Hospice Clinical Director is responsible for ensuring the coordination and management of patient care. Assists the Director of Nursing in maintaining the quality of patient care in accordance with the Agency's objectives and policies, through planning, coordination, implementation and evaluation of the hospice services provided. This market services the Tulsa region in Oklahoma.

Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Coordinate and oversee direct and indirect patient services provided by clinical personnel.</li>
<li>Provide supervision and guidance to clinical staff to ensure the quality of services and maintenance of standards.</li>
<li>Perform chart audits.</li>
<li>Gather data for QAPI and participates in QAPI activities.</li>
<li>Appraise clinical staff performance during their probationary period and annually, provides the teaching and counseling necessary to enhance the delivery of services and the professional development of nursing and health aide staff.</li>
<li>Identify and evaluate patient needs and appropriateness of home care by reviewing the initial intake screening form before assignment of direct care staff. Assist with the orientation of new staff. See patients in the home setting as needed. Maintains adequate and appropriate Medical Supplies.</li>
<li>Assists with orientation of new personnel as well as in-services for current staff.</li>
<li>Responsible for ensuring Medicare, State and ACHC regulations are followed by all clinical staff.</li>

<h4 class="jobSectionHeader">Education &amp; Certification</h4>
<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or related quantitative field</li>
<li>ASA credentials preferred for Actuarial candidates</li>
</ul><h4 class="jobSectionHeader">Experience Requirements</h4>
<ul><li>Strong healthcare data analytics experience in Medicare-focused or Medicare Advantage environments (5+ years of experience)</li>
<li>Thorough understanding of and hands-on experience with Medicare risk adjustment and CMS-HCC models</li>
<li>Experience working with CMS and CMMI total cost of care (ACO) programs</li>
<li>Proven track record spearheading claims analytics using Medicare claims data</li>
<li>In-depth knowledge of healthcare billing processes from both provider and CMS perspectives</li>
</ul><h4 class="jobSectionHeader">Technical Proficiency</h4>
<ul><li>Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and model building</li>
<li>Strong SQL skills with the ability to write complex queries</li>
<li>Experience with the Microsoft Azure cloud platform and related analytics tools preferred</li>
<li>Experience with integrating data across multiple large, nuanced data sources (e.g., integration of EHR data with claims datasets)</li>
<li>Experience developing/integrating AI-forward workflows into analytics</li>

Compensation</h4>
<ul><li>The salary range is $150- 170k with a $30- 40k bonus range</li></ul><div>
