 Job Summary
 
 
 
 We are seeking a
 
 Purchase executive
 
 to join our team in the
 
 Purchase Department.
 
 
 
 This role will be responsible for sourcing, evaluate, and finalize suppliers for project-specific components, raw materials, and services.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Roles &amp; Responsibilities
 
 
 
 
 Procurement:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Source, evaluate, and finalize suppliers for project-specific components, raw materials, and services.
 </li>
 <li>
 Request and compare quotations (RFQ/RFP) to ensure cost competitiveness.
 </li>
 <li>
 Negotiate pricing, delivery terms, and payment conditions with vendors.
 </li>
 <li>
 Raise purchase orders (POs), track approvals, and ensure on-time delivery.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships for improved quality and reliability.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor supplier performance and ensure adherence to quality, cost, and delivery standards.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Project Coordination:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Work closely with project managers, engineering, and production teams.
 </li>
 <li>
 Understand project BOM, specifications, engineering changes (ECNs), and ensure material readiness.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure timely procurement in line with project timelines and customer requirements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Participate in project review meetings and provide supply chain status updates.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Quality &amp; Compliance:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Ensure materials meet required quality standards and coordinate with QC for inspections.
 </li>
 <li>
 Handle supplier NCRs, rejections, and corrective actions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure compliance with automotive standards (ISO/TS 16949, IATF, etc.) where applicable.
 </li>
 <li>
 Documentation &amp; Reporting.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain procurement records, supplier documentation, and delivery schedules.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare cost comparison sheets, procurement status reports, and project supply chain metrics.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor and update SAP system.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Skills Required:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Strong knowledge of automotive components, raw materials, and manufacturing processes.
 </li>
 <li>
 Hands-on experience with procurement, sourcing, vendor management.
 </li>
 <li>
 Good understanding of supply chain operations, logistics, and inventory control.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in MS Excel and SAP
 </li>
 <li>
 Negotiation, coordination, and communication skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to handle project deadlines and multi-task efficiently.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualification:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 B.E / B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical / Automobile / Production.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience: 3&ndash;4 Years (Mobility Industry).
 </li>
