 Key Accountabilities

 Lead the planning, execution, and completion of operational projects, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and strategic goals.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop detailed project plans, including scope, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations, to guide project execution and ensure successful outcomes.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with cross-functional teams to manage project activities, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among stakeholders.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor project progress, track performance metrics, and analyze variances to identify and address issues proactively.
 </li>
 <li>
 Implement project management methodologies and tools to manage timelines, risks, and resources effectively.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare and present project status reports, including progress updates, risk assessments, and performance metrics, to senior management and stakeholders.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure that projects adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements, and organizational policies, implementing corrective actions as needed.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage project budgets, including cost estimation, financial tracking, and expenditure control, to ensure projects are completed within budget.
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify and mitigate project risks by developing contingency plans and addressing potential challenges.
 </li>
 <li>
 Facilitate project meetings, including kick-off meetings, status reviews, and post-project evaluations, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
 </li>
 <li>
 Oversee the allocation and management of project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to ensure efficient project execution.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, vendors, and contractors to support project requirements and objectives.
 </li>
 <li>
 Implement and manage change control processes to handle project changes and ensure proper documentation and communication.
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead and mentor project team members
 </li>
 <li>
 Foster a collaborative team environment to enhance productivity and morale.
 </li>
 <li>
 Abide by the Health, Safety, Energy and Quality, (HSEQ) policy, procedures necessary for the good conduct and safety of the workplace. It is a requirement and moral obligation of each employee to be actively committed and accountable to the compliance of Enova&rsquo;s HSEQ policy, operating procedures, as well as being compliant to local legislation. The Employee shall seek clarification and guidance in specific cases or whenever one feels necessary.

 Develop a pro-active working relationship with all authorities and assist in establishing areas for service improvement.

 Qualifications, Experiences, Skills
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 4-5 years of experience in project management or operations leadership, with a proven track record of successfully leading and managing operational projects.
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge in fit out works is required.
 </li>
 <li>
 Advanced project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and resource management
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong leadership and team management abilities
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to manage budgets, financial tracking, and cost control
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with risk management and change control processes
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to analyze performance metrics and implement improvements
 </li>
 <li>
 Skilled in coordinating cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder relationships
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in preparing and presenting project reports and updates
 </li>
 <li>
 Must be Arabic speaker.
 </li>
