 About the role:
 
 
 
 Enova operates multiple consumer lending brands, each featuring distinct offerings and customer criteria. As a Customer Service Representative, you will participate in an in-depth 4-week training program to specialize in a specific brand. Following the completion of training, you will manage inbound calls from customers while delivering exceptional customer service
 
 
 
 Responsibilities:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Respond to incoming customer calls, addressing their questions and providing service
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage and respond to all customer inquiries, fulfilling requests, and offering comprehensive education on our products and services
 </li>
 <li>
 Deliver high-quality support by handling tasks related to payment processing, creating payment plans, and addressing other account-related matters to enhance the overall customer experience
 </li>
 <li>
 Uphold exceptional customer service standards through articulate and effective verbal and written communication
 </li>
 <li>
 Keep customer accounts meticulously updated with accurate information
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Requirements:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Prior call center experience is a plus, but we value candidates with a proven background in fast-paced customer service environments.
 </li>
 <li>
 Exceptional communication and active listening skills with a proven history of professionalism and empathy in customer interactions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven ability to thrive in a high-volume environment by demonstrating exceptional adaptability and multi-tasking skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Comfortable utilizing new technology and have a proven ability to excel in a remote work environment.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Compensation:
 
 
 
 The budgeted hourly rate for this position is $17.00. Additional compensation for this role may include bonus. All full-time employees are eligible to participate in Company benefits, described in more detail here.
 
 
 
 This role is entirely remote; however, candidates must reside in the state of AZ, IA, ID, IL, IN, MN, MO, NM, NV, UT, WI, or WY.
