Job Title/High Level Position Summary</b>:</p><p>
Territory Managers within the Regen Business Unit are responsible for establishing and achieving sales volume and reimbursable revenue goals/targets for the area assigned through the implementation of strategic and tactical sales activities. Territory Managers are also responsible for expanding the sales of Company products and converting competitive products, while leveraging the Company value-added services to develop expand and convert customers.</p><p>

Key Responsibilities</b>:</p><p><b>
Sales Activity</b></p><ul><li>
Accountable for achievement of assigned Company goals and objectives through sales to designated accounts.</li><li>
Cultivates customer relationships by initiating contact with physicians, clinic staff, and other device users.</li><li>
Understands the trends in the industry and the Company&rsquo;s position in the market.</li><li>
Provides product education on technical and clinical aspects of products to customers, prospective customers and patients.</li><li>
Assists with equipment delivery, set-up, follow-up, and service as needed.</li><li>
May assist with measuring, fitting, and troubleshooting Enovis products including custom braces as needed.</li><li>
Supports referral network of key professionals and related personnel and works with those providers to educate referrals on Enovis CMF products.</li><li>
Plans, coordinates and executes local educational and sales events, with the support of other internal resources, intended to augment the business and help to deliver assigned sales goals.</li></ul><p><b>
Sales Territory Management
</b></p><ul><li>Develops and executes a business plan that is designed to meet and exceed financial, market, and product portfolio goals for assigned territory.</li><li>
Utilizes SalesForce to maintain up to date contacts, opportunities, targets, and outcomes.</li><li>
Maintains funnel for sustained opportunities.</li><li>
Maintains comprehensive and effective strategic call plans that drive positive sales results.</li><li>
Schedules and prioritizes time for effective territory coverage.</li><li>
Identifies, qualifies and cultivates new sales opportunities and effectively manages leads.</li><li>
Responsible for performing effective region penetration coverage and account identification to drive sales and increase the customer base for applicable Enovis products.</li><li>
Pre-plans sales calls and maintains efficient time management skills to ensure maximum customer contact and high levels of customer service.</li></ul><p><b>

Demonstrates commitment to the Enovis Compliance &amp; Ethics Program, the Enovis Code of Conduct, the Enovis Sales and Marketing Code of Conduct, the AdvaMed Code of Ethics, and all supporting and applicable regulations, policies and procedures.</li><li>
Treat Protected Health Information (PHI) with the strictest confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA standards.</li><li>
Acquires a basic understanding of the field to include regulatory compliance issues and adhere to these guidelines.</li></ul><p><b>

Minimum Basic Qualifications</b>:</p><ul><li>
Minimum of 2 years outside sales experience required.</li><li>
Minimum of 1 year of experience in Orthopedic Sales and knowledge of Durable Medical Equipment strongly preferred.</li><li>
Experience in medical sales strongly preferred.</li><li>
Experience calling on hospitals preferred.</li><li>
Experience working with distributors preferred.</li><li>
Knowledge of healthcare insurance and third party reimbursement preferred.<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree or equivalent industry experience required.</li></ul></li></ul><p>

Job Description</p><p>
We are seeking a talented and driven professional to join our team in the exciting medical device sales industry. This is a perfect opportunity for a recent grad or someone looking for a service role leading to a career in sales. This individual learns the ropes and assists in sales growth for Palm Beach and Martin County Florida area.</p><p>
The Sales Associate is responsible for working with the Senior Territory Manager, Patient Care Services PCS) Representatives, and Doctor&rsquo;s offices to facilitate efficient insurance authorizations and placements for DJO&rsquo;s products. The Sales and Service Associate will also partner closely with the Territory Manager in his/her geographical area to learn the Bone Growth Stimulator business and assist with identifying and cultivating potential customers and closing business. The primary focus of this role pertains to servicing customers. This includes fitting patients and following up with Health Care Providers on the status of patients.</p><p></p><div>
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:<br>
<ul><li>Partners with the Territory Manager in all aspects of the sales call pattern, including but not limited to, covering accounts in the assigned territory, promotion of the products in assigned accounts, managing inventory, and, as he/she learns and grows, beginning to convert customers to DJO.</li></ul></div><div><br>
Sales Support<br>
<ul><li>Partners with the Territory Manager and organization to meet and exceed business targets (quotas).</li><li>Serve as the primary backup contact for Territory Manager(s).</li><li>Responsible for keeping the Territory Manager informed of all sales related activity, market trends, and competitor activity within the territory.</li><li>Coordinates daily/weekly scheduling to ensure proper coverage of patient appointments and physicians and clinicians calls.</li></ul></div><div><br>
Sales Activity<br>
<ul><li>Assists Territory Manager in identifying and qualifying potential sales leads.</li><li>Introduces the Company&rsquo;s products to potential customers.</li><li>Cultivates customer relationships by initiating contact with surgeons, physicians, therapists, and other device users.</li><li>Partners with Territory Manager(s) on inventory management and building of proper inventory levels and sets to meet customer needs.</li></ul></div><div><br>
Product Knowledge<br>
<ul><li>Following product training, tailors DJO&rsquo;s promotional message based upon knowledge of the customer, advises on appropriate product selection, answers customer questions about product functionality and distinguishes DJO products from those of DJO&rsquo;s competitors.</li><li>Provides education to patients on the application, use, care, and expected outcome for CMF products as indicated by the physician instructions and manufacturer recommendations.</li><li>Delivers, sets up, instructs, and educates patients on the safe and appropriate use of CMF products at medical facilities or private residences.</li><li>Assists with equipment delivery, set-up, follow-up, and service as needed.</li></ul>
Administrative<br>
<ul><li>Coordinates, prepares, gathers and submits accurate paperwork required for insurance billing in a timely manner.</li><li>Obtains accurate insurance information to be used for verification and pre-authorization, when appropriate.</li><li>Processes all patient documentation daily, ensuring that claims are accurate, timely and fully documented.</li><li>Follows up on all open accounts, maintaining thorough chronological records on each patient account.</li></ul>
