Role- Shipping ExecutiveLocation- Jammu &amp; KashmirExperience- 3-5 yearsBeverages IndustryJob Description-Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Shipment Coordination: Manages the entire shipping process from order receipt to final delivery, coordinating with suppliers, transporters, and internal departments to ensure timely movement of goods.</li><li>Documentation Management: Handles all necessary shipping documents, including bills of lading, customs declarations, and certificates of origin, ensuring they are accurate, compliant with regulations, and filed correctly.</li><li>Logistics and Operations: Oversees the logistics of shipments, including selecting transportation services, booking containers, and tracking shipment progress to ensure on-time delivery.</li><li>Regulatory Compliance: Stays updated on and ensures adherence to all relevant import/export regulations, trade laws, and company policies.</li><li>Vendor and Stakeholder Communication: Liaises with various stakeholders, including freight forwarders, customs brokers, customs agents, and shipping lines, to resolve issues and maintain smooth operations.</li><li>Rate Negotiation: Negotiates freight rates and terms with carriers and service providers to achieve cost-effective shipping solutions.</li><li>Record Keeping: Maintains accurate records of all shipping activities, shipments, and costs for reporting and auditing purposes.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;25,000.00 - &#8377;35,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
