</b></div><ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in business, information systems, finance, healthcare administration, or a related field, or the ability to demonstrate equivalent analytical and technical expertise.</li>
<li>Minimum of 5+ years in business analysis, technical analysis, product delivery, or a similar role within a technology-driven environment.</li>
<li>Proven success working across both business and technical teams to deliver measurable outcomes.</li>
