About the role and what you will be doing:
This is an exciting opportunity to join a small, friendly, Agile-based, team working on some of the hottest public cloud technologies.
The Public Cloud Product Engineering team works closely with our Product Management team to bring to life standard services and solutions that can be repeatedly sold to multiple managed service customers.
Using your strong background in automation, engineering, and best practice you will also play a major role in defining and evolving our public cloud standards, implementing new tools, onboarding new AWS and GCP services, and act as an SME supporting other teams.
The successful candidate will be someone who can demonstrate a genuine desire and passion for public cloud; automation; keeping it simple, supportable, and scalable; with proven ability to deliver pragmatic workable solutions on time.
Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Act as the lead engineer on Product Engineering epics and stories.</li>
<li>Develop (&ldquo;operationalize&rdquo;) new repeatable Ensono public cloud services and solutions.</li>
<li>Define and evolve public cloud technical standards to ensure repeatability, supportability, scalability, and security.</li>
<li>Make recommendations on technical stack including research, assessments, bake-offs, and proof of concepts.</li>
<li>Assess and onboard new AWS and GCP services in line with the Product roadmap.</li>
<li>Drive the deployment of automated infrastructure and systems using IAC, config management and scripting.</li>
<li>Provide subject matter expertise and advice to pre-sales architects on our technical standards.</li>
<li>Act as a final line of escalation and assistance for the cloud operations team for major problems.</li>
<li>Proactively keep up to date on public cloud services and related technology.</li>
</ul>Desired Skills and Experience
<ul><li>8+ years&rsquo; experience in supporting highly customer-focused mission critical environments (e.g., high profile web or enterprise infrastructure) essential.</li>
<li>5+ years&rsquo; experience of architecting, engineering, or supporting public cloud solutions on AWS or GCP.</li>
<li>Sound knowledge of AWS or GCP best practice, security considerations, and architectural design patterns.</li>
<li>Experience of implementing and supporting public-cloud based workloads and services.</li>
<li>Hold multiple current AWS or Google Cloud Certifications (or be able to demonstrate equivalent level of knowledge).</li>
<li>Experience of building solutions using Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform, Cloud formation)</li>
<li>Experience of config management systems (e.g., Ansible).</li>
<li>Excellent Linux O/S knowledge and experience (RHCE or equivalent level of knowledge).</li>
<li>Scripting ability in Python, Perl, or Bash.</li>
<li>Experience of using Git for version control.</li>
<li>Experience of the AWS or GCP CLI and scripting against it.</li>
<li>Experience of working with, designing, deploying, or supporting containerized environments (ECS/EKS/Kubernetes/Docker) is useful, but not essential.</li>
<li>Experience of Jenkins or other CI/CD pipeline technology useful.</li>
<li>Able to leverage AI tools to improve productivity and quality (e.g. Copilot/Claude/Kiro)</li>
<li>Good knowledge of TCP/IP.</li>
<li>A degree in a computing-related discipline preferred or equivalent ability and knowledge.</li>
<li>Experience working in ITIL and Agile environments beneficial.</li>
<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li>
<li>Able to share knowledge via clear and concise documentation, and demos/presentations.</li>
<li>Able to implement supportable solutions and make the complex simple.</li>
<li>Able to work in an organized and efficient manner without close supervision</li>
<li>Must be self-motivated, a self-starter and possess a good working attitude.</li>

Senior Cloud Platform Engineer (AWS/GCP)

About the role and what you'll be doing:

The RSA IGL Specialist is responsible for the end-to-end management, operation, and optimization of the RSA Governance &amp; Lifecycle platform. This role ensures that identity governance processes&mdash;including access requests, certifications, and user lifecycle management&mdash;are proactive, efficient, and aligned with organizational security and compliance goals.

Key Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Platform Administration &amp; Operation: Manage daily administrative functions of the RSA IGL platform, including monitoring identity, account, and entitlement collection runs.
</li>
<li>Lifecycle Management: Configure and oversee the Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) processes to automate provisioning and de-provisioning across multiple platforms.
</li>
<li>Access Governance: Plan and execute access review campaigns and certifications to ensure only authorized users have access to sensitive resources.
</li>
<li>Workflow &amp; Rule Development: Design and customize workflows in the Access Request Manager (ARM) and create business rules for Segregation of Duties (SoD) and policy enforcement.
</li>
<li>System Integration: Configure collectors to gather data from various systems (e.g., Active Directory, LDAP, Oracle, SQL Server) and set up Access Fulfillment Express (AFX) for automated fulfillment.
</li>
<li>Reporting &amp; Analytics: Develop dashboards and advanced reports to provide visibility into access risks and track the progress of governance activities.
</li>
<li>Issue Remediation: Troubleshoot and resolve stalled workflow items, failed change requests, and data collection errors.</li></ul> 

Required Skills &amp; Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Technical Expertise: Advanced hands-on experience with RSA Governance &amp; Lifecycle (formerly Aveksa).
</li>
<li>Core IGA Concepts: Strong understanding of Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), including RBAC (Role-Based Access Control) and entitlement management.
</li>
<li>Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in database technologies (preferably Oracle), LDAP, Active Directory, and scripting languages such as SQL, Java, PowerShell, or Python.
</li>
<li>Compliance Knowledge: Familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as SOX, HIPAA, GDPR, or NIST.
</li>
<li>Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.</li></ul> 

Preferred Certifications
<ul>
<li>RSA Governance &amp; Lifecycle Certified Administrator.
</li>
<li>RSA Governance &amp; Lifecycle Certified Professional/Associate.
