Job Description 
As the LCE Project Coordinator Supervisor you will operate at the heart of our mission, blending strategic planning with empathetic, people-first execution. Essential Functions<ul><li>
Supervise and coach a team of Project Coordinators, leading with empathy and respect to guide their professional development and workload management. Foster belonging and psychological safety while overseeing core supervisory responsibilities, including time-off approvals, performance evaluations, and supportive feedback. Celebrate differences and intentionally assign roles and responsibilities based on individual strengths, capabilities, and unique perspectives.</li><li>
Manage the full lifecycle of multiple concurrent projects (e. g., digital banking enhancements, regulatory compliance audits, branch integrations) by choosing collaboration and partnership over silos.</li><li>
Model trust and transparency by developing and maintaining a comprehensive project performance database to track milestones, share credit, and measure collective success.</li><li>
Build unity across teams by coordinating cross-LCE intake, workflow, and execution processes, ensuring seamless experiences and efficient resource allocation.</li><li>
Serve as a clear, intentional liaison between LCE leadership and key stakeholders, ensuring promises are kept and critical information is escalated with care.</li><li>
Partner with business leaders to identify, monitor, and report on success measures that define impact by how well we serve our members and each other.</li><li>
Elevate ideas that serve people by implementing automated reporting tools, standardized templates, and streamlined workflows to maximize productivity.</li><li>
Create space to innovate within clear guardrails, using tools to help the team experiment, reflect, and purposefully adjust course when needed.</li><li>
Proactively protect our community and members by identifying early warning indicators and risks within project timelines.</li><li>
Show up and speak up to resolve escalated issues, providing ethical, recommended solutions that ensure all project components remain compliant, organized, and aligned with our commitments.</li></ul>

Qualifications 
<ul><li>
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or a related field preferred.</li><li>
REQUIRED: 4+ years of project coordination/management experience, including 1+ year in Financial Services.</li><li>
PREFERRED: 1+ experience managing direct reports or leading cross-functional teams with a focus on trust and teamwork</li></ul>

Financial Literacy: A deep understanding of banking operations.</li><li>
Tool Mastery: Proficiency in Workfront, Jira, Asana, or MS Project; advanced skills in Excel.</li></ul>
Certifications Required:
<ul><li>Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Project Management Professional (PMP), Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP), or similar certification as approved by upper management.</li></ul> 

Additional Information 
PAY RANGE: $71,000-$82,600 (S15), plus 10% annual target bonus. 

Final compensation for this position will be determined by various factors such as relevant work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, certifications, location and internal pay equity.

Job Description 
The CDD/EDD Analyst will be a member of the CDD/EDD Team and will be responsible working both independently and as a team member to ensure compliance with Federal Bank Secrecy and Anti-Money Laundering laws. This role will be responsible for account monitoring which includes high risk accounts. 
 
Essential Functions<ul><li>
Customer Due Diligence (CDD) &amp; Onboarding:<ul><li>
Conduct investigative research on individuals and entities using public records, open-source media, and internal systems to support BSA/AML/CFT risk assessments.</li><li>
Perform identification and verification processes for new and existing members in accordance with established procedures.</li><li>
Review onboarding documentation for completeness and accuracy; escalate missing or inconsistent information.</li><li>
Partner with internal teams to obtain required documentation and resolve onboarding gaps.</li></ul></li><li>
Transaction Monitoring &amp; Investigations:<ul><li>
Review transactional activity to identify unusual patterns or anomalies based on defined rules and guidance.</li><li>
Conduct research and fact-finding to support investigation of alerts and high-risk accounts.</li><li>
Escalate potentially suspicious activity in accordance with established procedures.</li><li>
Assist with periodic reviews of higher-risk member accounts.</li></ul></li><li>
Risk Analysis, Documentation &amp; Reporting:<ul><li>
Document research findings clearly and accurately in case management systems.</li><li>
Prepare concise summaries of investigations to support decision-making and escalation.</li><li>
Maintain accurate records in accordance with retention policies and internal guidelines.</li><li>
Follow established procedures for case handling, documentation, and reporting.</li></ul></li><li>
Compliance Support &amp; Development:<ul><li>
Apply established CDD/EDD/CFT policies and procedures in daily work.</li><li>
Support team initiatives and process improvements through feedback and participation.</li><li>
Participate in required training and continue to build knowledge of regulatory requirements.</li><li>
Collaborate with peers and escalate questions or complex issues to senior analysts.</li></ul></li><li>

Qualifications 
Minimum Formal Qualifications for this Position<ul><li>
College degree preferred</li><li>
3+ years working with BSA/AML/CFT or similar experience, at a Financial Institution, to include:<ul><li>
1+ years of experience working with business account Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) at a Financial Institution Required</li></ul></li></ul> 

Technical or Specialized Knowledge/Skills:<ul><li>
Knowledge of basic analytical techniques to review information and identify patterns, inconsistencies, or potential risks.</li><li>
Skilled in applying critical thinking to follow established procedures and support problem-solving efforts.</li><li>
Ability to make decisions using defined guidelines and escalate issues when appropriate.</li><li>
Skilled in written and verbal communication to document findings and share information with team members.</li><li>
Ability to collaborate effectively with others to complete tasks and support team objectives.</li><li>
Ability to manage assigned work, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a structured environment.</li><li>
Knowledge of BSA/AML regulations, policies, and procedures.</li><li>
Skilled in reviewing customer information and documentation to support identity verification and risk assessment processes.</li><li>

Additional Information 
PAY RANGE: $28.50-$33 per hour (S14) plus 10% annual target bonus.
