Entarian is seeking an experienced <b>Technical Delivery Manager</b> to lead the execution and delivery of complex technical work-streams supporting mission-critical space, communications, and enterprise IT capabilities. The Technical Delivery Manager is responsible for coordinating engineering execution across multiple technical teams, ensuring solutions are delivered on schedule, within scope, and in accordance with customer requirements. This role serves as the primary interface between program management, engineering, cybersecurity, operations, and customer stakeholders to drive technical execution from design through deployment and operational transition.</div><div></div><div><br>
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience working in large-scale technical environments involving space systems, ground <i>infrastructure</i>, mission operations, communications networks, cloud services, or enterprise IT capabilities.</div><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Key Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:</b></h3><ul><li>
Lead day-to-day technical execution across engineering, software, <i>infrastructure</i>, and cybersecurity teams.</li><li>
Coordinate technical activities to ensure alignment with program schedule, scope, and customer priorities.</li><li>
Monitor technical progress, identify execution risks, and implement corrective actions to maintain delivery objectives.</li><li>
Facilitate technical planning meetings, design reviews, integration activities, and implementation readiness reviews.</li><li>
Coordinate with program management, systems engineering, cybersecurity, and operations teams to resolve technical issues and dependencies.</li><li>
Manage technical action items, decision logs, risks, and interface agreements across multiple organizations.</li><li>
Support deployment planning, operational transition, and sustainment readiness activities.</li><li>
Ensure technical documentation, engineering artifacts, and deliverables are completed in accordance with contract requirements.</li><li>
Support customer briefings, technical interchange meetings (TIMs), program management reviews (PMRs), and executive status reporting.</li><li>
Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance delivery efficiency, quality, and operational <i>performance</i>.</li></ul><div></div><div><br>
Salary range: $148,000.00 - $185,000.00</div><br>

Minimum Qualifications:
<ul><li>Active <b>Top Secret</b> security clearance (TS/SCI eligible preferred).</li><li>
Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, information technology, systems engineering, or a related technical discipline. (Equivalent experience may be considered.)</li><li>
Minimum ten (10) years of experience leading technical delivery, systems engineering,<i> infrastructure </i>deployment, or mission operations programs.</li><li>
Experience managing cross-functional engineering teams supporting complex DoD or federal programs.</li><li>
Demonstrated experience coordinating software, <i>infrastructure</i>, cloud, networking, and cybersecurity activities across multiple stakeholders.</li><li>
Experience with <i>Agile</i>, Scrum, or hybrid program execution methodologies.</li><li>
Strong understanding of systems integration, technical risk management, and configuration management.</li><li>
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to brief senior government and contractor leadership.</li><li>
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Power-Point, Excel, Project, and Outlook.</li><li>
Experience using project collaboration and work management tools such as Jira and Confluence.</li><li>
Ability to travel approximately 25% to support customer locations, mission partner engagements, and operational activities.</li></ul>
Desired Qualifications:
<ul><li>Experience supporting space,<i> satellite </i>communications, mission operations, or command and control systems.</li><li>
Experience leading technical delivery within<i> AWS </i><i>GovCloud</i>, Azure Government, or hybrid cloud environments.</li><li>
Familiarity with<i> DevSecOps </i>pipelines, CI/CD, and <i>infrastructure</i>-as-code practices.</li><li>
Knowledge of DoD systems engineering, <i>RMF</i>, and configuration management processes.</li><li>
Project Management Professional (<i>PMP</i>), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), SAFe, or equivalent certification.</li></ul>

Sev1Tech is seeking an Agile Scrum Master to support the Naval Information Warfare Center Atlantic (NIWC Atlantic) Expeditionary Enterprise Systems and Services (E2S2) Division. NIWC Atlantic provides design, acquisition, and sustainment services for Marine Corps Systems Command (MCSC) Information Technology (IT) systems.</div><div></div><div><br>

Minimum Qualifications:
<ul><li>Active Secret or Higher-Level Security Clearance</li><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in a business or technical field (<i>Bachelor of Science (BS) shall be from an Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology (ABET) accredited program</i>)</li><li>
Ten (10) years of experience in engineering/science management, operations research analysis or financial/cost analysis.

Entarian is seeking a Program Director (PD) / Program Manager (PM) to support upcoming work at NASA to modernize, enhance, optimize and maintain critical IT systems for science data. Duties include:</div><div></div><div><i><br>
Program Management and Leadership:</i></div><ul><li>
Overall responsibility for program execution of a $200+M contract. Includes responsibility for technical areas such as: Cloud, Earth Science, Data Collection, Modeling, etc; schedule and cost</li><li>
Coordination across multiple workstreams (e.g. infrastructure build, application development, application and migration, security / compliance, testing and operations)</li><li>
Risk and opportunity anagement including the identification and mitigation of risks to maintain continuity of services and smooth program operations. Ensure progress, risks and blockers are clearly reported to leadership and other appropriate stakeholders</li><li>
Ensure compliance with contract terms, deliverables, and performance requirements and experience managing subcontractor partners</li></ul><div><i>
Stakeholder and Client Engagement:</i></div><ul><li>

Minimum Qualifications:
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree (Master&rsquo;s preferred) in Computer Sciences, Engineering, or a related field.</li><li>
15+ years of experience in program management, project management, or operations management, preferably with previous experience supporting NASA, NOAA, USGS or similar technology-focused federal agencies and managing an agile environment.</li><li>
Experience with leading the implementation or managing cloud migrations executed via multiple development trains for a mission critical government IT system</li><li>
Strong leadership skills, program management experience, and technical expertise to help lead multidisciplinary teams working at the intersection of science and technology.</li><li>
Proven experience in managing teams and large, complex projects which are compliance-heavy. Experience with both development and sustainment contract execution.</li><li>
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools</li><li>
Experience with SAFe or other enterprise agile framework</li><li>
Excellent organizational, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.</li><li>
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with experience in client engagement and reporting.</li><li>
Experience with budgeting and resource management on Firm, Fixed Price or Labor Type contracts.</li><li>
Experience executing enterprise level risk and opportunity management strategies.</li><li>
Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident and be able to pass a background investigation to obtain a security badge to enter the applicable government facility.

<ul><li>Prior experience working with federal government contracts, especially with NASA, NOAA, USGS, or other technology-focused organizations.</li><li>
Familiarity with scientific data management or Atmospheric observation science.</li><li>
