Enter and Post SMC Pvt Ltd is looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Bookkeeping Intern to join our growing team. This is a paid internship designed to train you on real bookkeeping tasks for our USA-based clients. After completing the internship, high-performing candidates will be offered a full-time permanent position.This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who want to start a career in bookkeeping, accounting, or finance and gain hands-on experience in a professional environment.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with daily bookkeeping tasks for U.S. clientsRecord and organize financial transactionsReconcile bank statements and credit card transactionsMaintain accurate financial records and documentationAssist with accounts payable and accounts receivableSupport senior bookkeepers with data entry and reportingWork collaboratively with the team during night shift hoursEnsure accuracy, confidentiality, and timely completion of tasksRequirementsBasic understanding of accounting or bookkeeping principlesFamiliar with QuickBooks (preferred but not required; training will be provided)Good English communication skills (written &amp; verbal)Strong attention to detail and accuracyAbility to work the night shift (to support USA clients)Computer literacy (Excel, Google Sheets, etc.)Must be eager to learn, responsible, and punctualWhat We OfferPaid internship programTraining from experienced bookkeeping professionalsHands-on experience working with USA clientsOpportunity to transition into a permanent full-time role after internshipCareer growth and skill developmentInternship Duration6 monthsPermanent position offered upon successful completionJob Type: Internship Contract length: 6 monthsWork Location: In person
