Job Description: We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our team remotely. This internship provides hands-on experience in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, HR administration, and organizational development. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, has strong communication skills, and is interested in building a career in Human Resources.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Assist with recruitment processes, including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.</li><li>Support employee onboarding and orientation activities.</li><li>Help maintain and update employee records and HR databases.</li><li>Assist in organizing virtual team events and employee engagement initiatives.</li><li>Support the HR team in administrative tasks and documentation.</li><li>Conduct basic research on HR policies, labor laws, and best practices.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.</li><li>Strong written and spoken English communication skills.</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.</li><li>Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.</li><li>Eager to learn and develop practical HR skills in a remote environment.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>Prior exposure to HR functions or internships is a plus.</li><li>Familiarity with HR software or applicant tracking systems.</li><li>Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, virtual work environment.</li></ul>Job Type: Internship Contract length: 6 monthsWork Location: Remote
