About the Role</b></h3>
<p>
As a Summer Analyst, you will get hands-on experience as a crucial member of an industry leading brokerage team, responsible for supporting real estate listings from the 'starting line' of selling and beyond. You will develop a deep understanding of how investors monetize their investments at scale and maximize returns in residential real estate using modern software and AI. You'll gain real-world experience in real estate operations, pricing &amp; sale strategy, and vendor coordination, while contributing to ensuring listings are accurate, timely, and set up for success. This is a fast-paced, detail-oriented role ideal for someone curious about real estate, tech startups, and operations.</p>

What You'll Do</b></h3>
<ul><li>Support the coordination of property listings at various stages of readiness.</li>
<li>Assist in preparing and reviewing MLS listings and related documentation.</li>
<li>Help track listing timelines and ensure key deadlines and service levels are met.</li>
<li>Coordinate with third-party vendors (photography, inspections, repairs, etc.) to support listing readiness.</li>
<li>Assist in validating that properties are ready to go live on the market.</li>
<li>Support pricing and listing teams with data entry and research as needed.</li>
<li>Help maintain accurate records across listing and disposition management systems.</li>
<li>Contribute to improving workflows and operational processes.</li>
</ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Who You Are</b></h3>
<ul><li>Rising Juniors and Seniors in Bachelor's programs (Graduating Spring 2027 &ndash; Spring 2028) with a cumulative &amp; major GPA above 3.3.</li>
<li>Preferred Fields of study: Business, Economics, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field.</li>
<li>Highly organized with exceptional time-management skills&mdash;able to juggle many different tasks and confidently prioritize competing deadlines.</li>
<li>A strong communicator who is comfortable working with vendors, construction teams, field agents, and internal stakeholders.</li>
<li>Resourceful and self-directed&mdash;able to ask the right questions, escalate issues appropriately, and manage timelines.</li>
<li>Detail-oriented with strong follow-through and accountability.</li>
<li>Tech-savvy and comfortable working in tech-enabled systems and workflows , including Google Workspace and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).</li>
</ul>

<li><b>Location:</b> Remote</li>
<li><b>Compensation:</b> $18 - $25/hour (Commensurate with location and experience)</li>
