Enterprise Products Operating LLC is seeking a Senior Environmental Engineer/Scientist for a field position located in Midland, Texas. This is a multi-media position (air, waste, and water). The position will be responsible for the coordination of day-to-day environmental compliance for assigned facilities in west Texas. Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to:</p><ul><li>
Be the &quot;customer service&quot; link to the operational teams.</li><li>
Identify and investigate improvement opportunities.</li><li>
Support and implement corporate Environmental directives.</li><li>
Communicate internal best practices as applicable to assigned facilities/operations personnel.</li><li>
Provide input to the EHS&amp;T staff to improve procedures and practices as necessary.</li><li>
Prepare assigned routine environmental reports (i.e. Title V, NSPS, MACT, DMRs, etc.).</li><li>
Assure that each assigned asset is maintained in an inspection ready manner as well as attend agency inspections and respond to agency inquiries.</li><li>
Respond to emergencies/spills and releases.</li><li>
Manage short-term remediation projects.</li><li>
Manage environmental, stack testing and LDAR contractors as required.</li></ul></div></div><p></p><div><b><br>
Qualifications</b><div></div><p><br>
The successful candidate will meet the following qualifications:</p><ul><li>
A Bachelor&rsquo;s degree is required with a degree in Engineering or Science preferred</li><li>
 A minimum of 5 years of experience in oil and gas industry complying with environmental regulations is preferred</li><li>
Experience in identifying and implementing regulatory requirements</li><li>
A strong air regulatory background is preferred</li><li>
Experience with State and Federal waste regulations</li><li>
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)</li><li>
Possess the ability to work independently and self-manage their work and schedules</li><li>
Candidate must be highly organized and exhibit exemplary attention to detail.</li><li>
Strong communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to communicate with individuals at all levels both internally and externally.</li><li>
Physically able to walk across variable terrain and work in the summer and winter weather conditions</li><li>
Possess a valid driver&rsquo;s license</li></ul></div><p></p><div><b><br>
