Position OverviewEnterprise Tool &amp; Die is seeking a versatile and experienced HR Generalist/Purchasing Agent to do the daily tasks of both human resources and purchasing within our manufacturing environment. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working across both people-focused and business-focused responsibilities. Confidentiality, organization, strong communicator, positive attitude and attention to detail are critical to success in this role. Must be driven and be a strong support system to the management team.Key ResponsibilitiesHuman Resources <ul><li>Manage full-cycle HR operations, including recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, and offboarding.</li><li>Maintain and enforce company policies, procedures, and employee handbook</li><li>Serve as a trusted point of contact between employees and leadership</li><li>Handle benefits, changes, and employee questions</li></ul>Purchasing<ul><li>Manage day-to-day purchasing activities to support the tool build and plant operations</li><li>Source materials, supplies, and services both locally and offshore while evaluating cost, quality, and delivery timelines working closely with project management</li><li>Build and maintain strong vendor relationships</li><li>Track purchase orders, invoices, and delivery schedules</li><li>Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve purchasing efficiency</li></ul>Additional Responsibilities <ul><li>Organize and monthly Enterprise University shop meetings</li><li>Follow our ISO processes and assist in the ISO process when needed</li><li>Support internal processes with a positive approach</li><li>Additional tasks and projects as assigned</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or 5-10 years' experience, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)</li><li>5&ndash;10 years of experience in HR, purchasing, or a combination of both in manufacturing environment</li><li>Strong knowledge of HR processes, employment laws, and compliance requirements</li><li>Experience with purchasing, vendor management, and procurement processes</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); JobBOSS experience a plus</li><li>Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills</li><li>Must have a strong ability to collaborate effectively with a team- oriented environment and actively contribute to its success</li><li>Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For<ul><li>A self-starter who can successfully manage a dual-role position</li><li>Someone who is both people-focused and detail-oriented</li><li>Strong ability to prioritize, multitask, and adapt in a fast-paced environment</li><li>A collaborative team player with a proactive mindset</li></ul>Position Details<ul><li>Job Type: Full time</li><li>Pay: $50,000-$70,000</li><li>Position Type: Salary</li><li>Benefits: Medical, Dental &amp; Vision, PTO, 401(K), etc..</li></ul>Our CultureWe value teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
