The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in developing innovative electromechanical solutions and driving technical excellence in our organization.Job Duties:<ul><li>Develop detailed mechanical designs for complex electromechanical systems and components using advanced CAD software</li><li>Create comprehensive 2D and 3D design models, technical drawings, and engineering documentation</li><li>Perform detailed stress, thermal, and structural analysis to ensure design reliability and performance</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams including electrical engineers, manufacturing, and project management</li><li>Prepare and review technical specifications, design reports, and engineering change proposals</li><li>Conduct design reviews and provide technical guidance to junior engineering staff</li><li>Optimize existing designs for improved performance, manufacturability, and cost-effectiveness</li><li>Participate in prototype development and testing processes</li><li>Ensure compliance with international engineering standards and company design guidelines</li></ul>Qualifications and Requirements: Education:<ul><li>Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Required)</li><li>PhD in Mechanical Engineering or related field (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience: Fresh gardes are welcome also to apply<ul><li>Minimum of 0 years of professional experience in mechanical design engineering</li><li>Proven track record of complex electromechanical system design</li><li>Experience in manufacturing or industrial engineering environments</li></ul>Technical Skills:<ul><li>Advanced proficiency in 3D CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Inventor)</li><li>Finite Element Analysis (FEA) software experience</li><li>Strong knowledge of mechanical design principles and engineering mechanics</li><li>Comprehensive understanding of material science and manufacturing processes</li><li>Proficiency in simulation and analysis tools</li><li>Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills</li></ul>Additional Requirements:<ul><li>Good in English (written and spoken)</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment</li><li>Excellent attention to detail</li><li>Willing to take on challenging projects and meet tight deadlines</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>Professional Engineering (PE) license</li><li>Experience in electromechanical system design for industrial applications</li><li>Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and standards</li><li>Familiarity with project management methodologies</li></ul>Benefits:<ul><li>Competitive salary commensurate with experience</li><li>Professional development opportunities</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Performance-based bonuses</li><li>Modern working environment</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: E&pound;10,000.00 - E&pound;15,000.00 per monthEducation:<ul><li>Master's (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>solidworks: 5 years (Preferred)</li></ul>
