</div><div><b>The Role</b><br>
</div><div>This isn't your standard help desk job. As a Technical Support Specialist, you'll be a trusted problem-solver for property managers, security teams, and community staff. You'll dig into real-world tech issues, find the root cause, and deliver the right fix.<br>
</div><div><b>What You&rsquo;ll Do</b><br>
</div><ul><li><b>Troubleshoot:</b> Fix issues across software, hardware, kiosks, cameras, and access-control devices.<br>
</li><li><b>Investigate &amp; Resolve:</b> Find the root cause of system or connectivity problems and see the solution through to the end.<br>
</li><li><b>Communicate:</b> Keep customers updated and collaborate with our internal teams and external partners.<br>
</li><li><b>Onboard &amp; Train:</b> Help new communities get up and running smoothly.<br>
</li><li><b>Document &amp; Improve:</b> Write down your fixes and share ideas on how we can make our support even better.<br>

</div>A solid understanding of basic networking (IP addresses, internet troubleshooting).<br>

</li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.<br>

</li><li><i>Bonus:</i> Experience with access control, cameras, or security tech.<br>
