   Entrata is seeking a Product Owner to drive the development and delivery of product features and functionalities. As a pivotal product team member, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams and work closely with the delivery team of UX designers, architects, and software developers to enhance the delivery experience for our clients, optimize logistics processes, and ensure the successful deployment of software solutions.&nbsp;The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in being a product owner (SAFe 6.0) or product management, or a business analyst for a software product function, a deep understanding of agile delivery operations, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

   Responsibilities will include:
  </strong>
  <ul>
   <li>
    Develop and execute the product roadmap for delivery-related features and functionalities, aligning with business objectives and client needs
   </li>
   <li>
    Define and prioritize product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria, ensuring clear communication and alignment across teams
   </li>
   <li>
    Maintain product and team backlog by organizing and keeping development teams productive
   </li>
   <li>
    Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including software development and customer success teams, to prioritize delivery-related initiatives
   </li>
   <li>
    Relate to various personas of product users, appreciate the tasks to be achieved using the product, and work closely with UX teams to capture related product feature requirements
   </li>
   <li>
    Elicit product and feature requirements, work with US-based product leadership and global UX teams to groom user stories, to create detailed requirements for engineering teams.&nbsp;
   </li>
   <li>
    Use AI to perform continuous market research and competitive analysis to identify white space opportunities and inform product strategy and prioritization
   </li>
   <li>
    Study competing products and features, to identify industry needs and product evolution
   </li>
   <li>
    Work closely with development teams to oversee the development, testing, and release of delivery-related features, maintaining a focus on quality and timeliness
   </li>
   <li>
    Analyze product performance metrics and customer feedback to iterate on existing features and drive continuous improvement
   </li>
   <li>
    Act as a subject matter expert on delivery operations, providing guidance and support to internal teams and clients as needed
   </li>
   <li>
    Stay informed about industry best practices and technological advancements in delivery management and logistics
   </li>
   <li>
    Monitor the project from initiation through delivery, including planning and directing schedules
   </li>
   <li>
    Ensure product quality by consistently verifying features and major use cases throughout development and on production

   Minimum Qualifications:
  </strong>
  <ul>
   <li>
    Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field
   </li>
   <li>
    3+ years of experience in product management or related roles, preferably in the software industry
   </li>
   <li>
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills
   </li>
   <li>
    Ability to work split shifts, including evenings.&nbsp;
   </li>
   <li>
    Experience with agile development methodologies and tools such as Jira
   </li>
   <li>
    Understand technical challenges and clearly articulate solutions to various stakeholders&nbsp;
   </li>
   <li>
    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex requirements into actionable plans
   </li>
   <li>
    Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
   </li>

    Proven track record of delivering high-quality products on time and within budget

   Preferred Qualifications:
  </strong>

    Experience working in the Software as a Service (SaaS) industry

    Relevant Certification around Product Owner/ Business Analyst role - CBAP, SAFe for PO, or equivalent&nbsp;
   </li>
   <li>
    Ability to write good prompts
   </li>
   <li>
    Understands the AI architecture and has the ability to perform deep research
   </li>
   <li>
    Hands-on experience in AI Rapid Prototyping using tools such as Lovable, V0 or Figma Make
   </li>
   <li>
    Certification in Design Thinking for product management
   </li>
   <li>
    Ability to optimize SQL queries and effectively understand and communicate triggers is a plus
   </li>
   <li>
    Knowledge of property management software or related industries
   </li>
   <li>
    Experience with product analytics tools, such as Amplitude and Adobe
   </li>

    Experience with data analysis and visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI

The Associate Digital Marketing Consultant (ADMC) reports directly to the Digital Marketing Consulting Manager and plays a key role in the marketing success of Entrata&rsquo;s customers. The role is primarily in six areas:</div><div></div><div><b><br>
1.</b> Support the Digital Marketing Consultants (DMCs) in evaluating and administering Entrata&rsquo;s customers&rsquo; unique digital marketing needs.</div><div><b>
2.</b> As directed by the DMC Manager, generate new ad campaigns on all platforms required by our Digital Marketing Consultants, including but not limited to Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Bing Ads, Google Search Console, Bing Webmaster tools, Yext, ILS platforms (Apartments.com, Zillow, etc.), and more as needed.</div><div><b>
3.</b> Manage bid and budget optimizations across all paid ad platforms used by our customers. Under the direction of the DMC Manager, generate reporting on the impact of digital marketing efforts for Entrata&rsquo;s customers, strategize on next steps, and execute on agreed-upon strategies.</div><div><b>
4.</b> As directed by the DMC Manager, contribute to and/or lead projects that elevate our product offerings and improve our culture.</div><div><b>
5.</b> Help the DMCs identify customer goals &amp; develop digital marketing strategies that achieve desired outcomes.</div><div><b>
6.</b> Be earnestly invested in building a department culture where we seek to execute at a high level, push the boundaries of innovation, have an amazing time enjoying our jobs, and do good for those around us.</div><div></div><div><br>
ADMCs are expected to become knowledgeable in the field of digital marketing in the multi-family housing industry and develop their consulting skills. A successful candidate must be knowledgeable in digital marketing, self-motivation, communication, organization, innovation, and team coordination.</div>

Provide a variety of digital marketing services to ensure world-class customer experiences. Services vary between client accounts but may include the following:</li><li>
SEO (On-site, Local, Video, Citations, etc.)</li><li>
Paid Advertising (Search, Social, Display, and Video)</li><li>
AI thought process and GEO optimization</li><li>
Handy with different LLMs (Gemini, ChatGPT, etc.)</li><li>
Conversion Rate Optimization (page speed optimization, lead gen, A/B testing, etc.)</li><li>
Email Marketing</li><li>

Assisting DMCs by establishing proper scope and ensuring execution meets quality standards in conjunction with proper communication will determine success.</li><li>
Maintain digital marketing certifications and research digital marketing and multi-family housing industry changes and trends. A focus on continuously improving one's skillset within our growth &amp; development framework will be key to success.</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
What We&rsquo;re Ideally Looking For</b></h3><ul><li>
Demonstrable background in Digital Marketing, Advertising, or a related field</li><li>
2+ years experience managing SEO, Paid Ads, Email Marketing, and/or Conversion Rate campaigns</li><li>
1+ years experience in customer and account management</li><li>
Google Analytics, Google Ads Search, and Microsoft Ads Search Certified</li><li>
Knowledgeable in use of Google Suite/Microsoft Office applications (especially spreadsheets) and other business tools (e.g. Slack)</li><li>
