<b>Digital Marketing Coordinator (Digital Sales </b><b>Support)</b><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
About the </b><b>Role</b></h2>
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support our Digital Sales team. This role plays an essential part in ensuring seamless campaign execution and client satisfaction. The Marketing Coordinator works across departments, assists in client-facing initiatives, and helps bring digital campaigns to life from strategy to launch to performance reporting.<br>

Key </b><b>Responsibilities</b></h2>
<ul><li>
Support the sales team with client meetings, presentations, and follow-up materials</li><li>
Assist with on-site social media shoots, content creation, and coordination of digital assets</li><li>
Collaborate with sales, planning, creative, and fulfillment teams to ensure campaigns launch on time and run smoothly</li><li>
Provide weekly and monthly campaign performance reports with actionable insights</li><li>
Contribute to digital strategy across all verticals, including SEM, Paid Social, Video/OTT, Display, and Email</li><li>
Draft ad copy and assist with content writing for Google, Meta, and other digital platforms</li><li>
Monitor active campaigns, troubleshoot pacing and performance issues, and escalate when necessary</li><li>
Conduct client and market research to support sales proposals and presentations</li><li>
Assist in the development of digital proposals and campaign recaps</li><li>
Maintain accurate records in digital order management and reporting systems</li><li>
Perform additional support tasks as assigned by the Digital Sales Manager
</li><li>Maintain CRM records and ensure client information, sales activity, and campaign notes are up to date</li><li>

Qualifications</b></h1><ul><li>
1&ndash;2 years of experience in marketing, advertising, or digital media (agency or publisher experience a plus)</li><li>
Understanding of digital media metrics (CPM, CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS)</li><li>
Strong written and verbal communication skills</li><li>
Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides); Adobe Creative Cloud a plus</li><li>
Ability to analyze campaign data and present clear insights</li><li>
Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus</li></ul><br>
