Dental Office ManagerWe are seeking an experienced and highly organized Dental Office Manager to lead daily operations and support our growing practice. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a solid understanding of dental office systems and patient care coordination.Schedule:<ul><li>Monday &ndash; Wednesday: 6:15 AM &ndash; 5:00 PM</li><li>Thursday: 8:00 AM &ndash; 3:00 PM</li><li>(Four-day workweek)</li></ul>Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Oversee daily office operations to ensure efficiency and excellent patient experience</li><li>Manage payroll and human resources functions, including hiring, onboarding, and staff support</li><li>Present and explain treatment plans to patients with clarity and confidence</li><li>Handle insurance claims processing and follow-ups</li><li>Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP)</li><li>Maintain compliance with office policies and industry regulations</li><li>Support the dental team to ensure smooth workflow and patient satisfaction</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Previous experience in dental office management required</li><li>Strong knowledge of dental insurance, billing, and treatment coordination</li><li>Experience with payroll and HR processes</li><li>Excellent organizational and multitasking skills</li><li>Strong interpersonal and communication abilities</li><li>Proficiency with dental practice management software</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Competitive compensation based on experience</li><li>Consistent 4-day workweek</li><li>Supportive and team-oriented work environment</li></ul>Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Continuing education credits</li><li>Employee discount</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
