 As the Maintenance Technician at Envalior, you are the technical expert within the maintenance and engineering department. You ensure that the installations in the factory are as technically available, reliable as possible. Additionally, you'll embrace a pioneering spirit, exploring new methods and technologies to contribute to our values and mission. (
 
 
 Must live within daily driving distance to our Evansville, Indiana location.)
 
 
 
 
 
 You Will Make Key Contributions To Envalior
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 You are responsible for defining technical solutions to maintenance problems for both day-to-day maintenance and turnarounds, taking into account regulations and budget.
 </li>
 <li>
 You are responsible for continuously improving the quality of preventive maintenance tasks and reducing corrective maintenance.
 </li>
 <li>
 You provide technical support, solicited and unsolicited, in determining the root cause and solution directions in the event of malfunctions.
 </li>
 <li>
 You increase the knowledge level of mechanics and operators by providing information, advice and, where necessary, training.
 </li>
 <li>
 You provide input for compiling the Maintenance annual budget and follow up on budget realisation.
 </li>
 <li>
 You will be responsible for implementing smaller changes, including the necessary Management of Change steps
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Requirements
 
 
 
 
 THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Experience in maintenance, machine setups, understanding metrology/dial/caliper and tools - preferrable in extrusion, compounding lines, plastics, chemistry industry or complex processes, rotative equipment, etc
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge about pumps, gearboxes, hoist cranes, welding, etc
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge about mechanical drawings
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position.
 </li>
 <li>
 Understanding of ERP
 </li>
 <li>
 Technical education level in mechanics or mechatronics
 </li>
 <li>
 Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong problem-solving skills. Good analytical skills and strong judgment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of relevant (process) safety requirements, engineering standards and laws and regulations
 </li>
 <li>
 Basic English skills are REQUIRED
 </li>
 <li>
 Must live within daily driving distance to our Evansville, Indiana location

Requirements
1.Ensure good employee experience through proper joining formalities, onboarding, co-ordination with recruiting Partner, induction plan, Transfer protocol etc.
2. Support the HR BP in Pan India level communications and HR activities such as performance management, organizational changes, system updations etc.
3. Drive Training and Development, compliance, audits, plan and implement the training plan &amp; co-ordinate training programs.
4. Prepare MIS, database for various HR reviews.
5. Support in Payroll activities, compliances, HR policies, rewards and audits.
6. Handling and managing confidential activities/documents. To keep all confidential HR documents and information safe and complete according to company policies. Systematic record keeping and documentation.
7. Be responsible for employee relations to be the bridge between the employer and the employees, establish healthy working atmosphere within the office.
8. Ensuring Employee Welfare through smooth functioning and proper administration of various employee-related facilities at the manufacturing sites as well as corporate office to the satisfaction of the employees.
9. Strong communication is needed and the role is expected to be a strong bridge between employees and management.
10. To match the organizational expectations and the employees&rsquo; expectations is not always easy.
11. To deal with people with different education and experience background, the incumbent should have good awareness on those differences, excellent communication and convincing skills, and enough patience in order to fulfill the job successfully. A high level of sensitivity is also required.
The Ideal Candidate:<ul><li>Education &ndash; Full time MBA / PGDBM / MPM with specialization in HR from university affiliated Institutes or Tier 1 or 2 or top institutes.</li><li>Knowledge &ndash; Conversant with the latest HR trends and best practices; Local Labor laws; Knowledge of business management models and business and work processes.</li><li>Skills &ndash; Excellent communication and Inter-personal skills</li><li>Cross-cultural sensitivity</li><li>Conceptual thinking and analytical skills.</li></ul>
