 Job Role
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle: understanding requirements, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements, job descriptions, and competencies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Source candidates through multiple channels (job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, campus recruitment).
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct preliminary screening calls and shortlist candidates for technical/managerial rounds.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring teams.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain recruitment trackers, dashboards, and reports for management review.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure compliance with internal hiring policies and labour laws.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality talent.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist HR team in onboarding new hires, documentation, and induction activities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Work with HR colleagues on employee engagement activities as required.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Skills &amp; Qualification Required
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in HR / Management / related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 2&ndash;3 years of hands-on experience in recruitment (preferably in [your industry, e.g., engineering, IT, healthcare]).
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong sourcing skills across job portals, social media, and professional networks.
 </li>
 <li>
 Good understanding of recruitment metrics (TAT, offer-to-join ratio, etc.).
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
 </li>
 <li>
 Exposure to HRMS/ATS software will be an added advantage.
