 As we rapidly scale in the U.S., we&rsquo;re looking for a&nbsp;
 
 
 Business Operations Manager
 
 &nbsp;to take ownership of how our team collaborates and executes.
 
 
 
 You&rsquo;ll own the systems, processes, and operational rhythm that keep the team aligned and executing at a high level. This role blends&nbsp;day-to-day operational management&nbsp;with&nbsp;strategic support for leadership, making it ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
 
 
 
 
 The ideal candidate is analytical, structured, and proactive, with strong stakeholder management skills. You&rsquo;re hands-on, action-oriented, and excited to help shape how the company operates as we grow.
 
 
 
 
 📍This is a hybrid role based in Boston&rsquo;s Back Bay, with flexible work arrangements. Candidates located on the East Coast who prefer primarily remote work will also be considered.
 
 
 
 
 Reports to: Chief Executive Officer
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 What You&rsquo;ll Do (Key Responsibilities)

 Business Operations &amp; Process Optimization
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage day-to-day business operations, including accounting, procurement, and vendor management
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead the development, documentation, and continuous improvement of standard operating procedures to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
 </li>
 <li>
 Drive process improvements by identifying inefficiencies and developing solutions that optimize operational performance
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead technology adoption initiatives to automate workflows, increase productivity, and support growth
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>

 Operational Leadership &amp; Team Alignment
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Build and maintain the team&rsquo;s project management to drive alignment, accountability, and execution
 </li>
 <li>
 Facilitate organizational goal-setting, progress tracking, and reporting to ensure clarity and focus
 </li>
 <li>
 Act as the operational hub, coordinating cross-functional initiatives and ensuring timely execution, in coordination with international teams
 </li>
 <li>
 Foster transparency and effective communication across teams through structured meetings and reporting.
 
 </li>

 What You Bring (Qualifications &amp; Skills)
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 4+ years of experience in business operations, project management, or related roles, ideally in startups or fast-growing companies
 </li>
 <li>
 A problem solver and critical thinker with a bias for action: You don't wait for direction &mdash; you uncover root issues and design thoughtful solutions. You operate successfully in fast-paced, high-growth environments
 </li>
 <li>
 A project manager at heart: You take initiative, define goals, build timelines, and drive results with demonstrated&nbsp;stakeholder management skills, influencing and aligning without formal authority. (PMP certification a plus)
 </li>
 <li>
 Systems oriented: You see how data, process, and configuration interconnect and always seek ways to improve efficiency and clarity
 
 </li>

 The US base salary range for this full-time position is
 
 
 $100,000 USD - $120,000 USD
 
 , plus bonus and benefits as applicable. Final compensation is determined by role, level, and location.
