How You&rsquo;ll Contribute
Seeking a hands-on Lead Software Engineer to lead, design, build, and evolve Envestnet&rsquo;s premier wealth management fintech product platform built on Java-based distributed systems, while introducing AI Agent&ndash;driven capabilities in a secure, compliant, and production‑ready manner. Successful candidate will be responsible to lead a cross-functional Scrum team, assist in Sprint planning, effort estimates, and scheduling to ensure successful outcomes. 
This role emphasizes system design ownership, architectural depth, and technical leadership, with a strong focus on transactional correctness, scalability, resilience, and the controlled, auditable use of agentic AI within regulated financial systems. 
You will work closely with engineering leaders, product management, compliance, and platform teams to translate complex business and regulatory requirements into scalable, high‑quality technical solutions.<ul><li>
Own technical design, delivery and architecture for mission-critical fintech services, ensuring scalability, resilience, transactional correctness, and clear service boundaries/data ownership meeting Product requirements.</li><li>
Lead design and implementation of Java / Spring Boot microservices, establishing engineering standards for performance, observability, reliability, and maintainability.</li><li>
Drive the safe, compliant adoption of agentic AI/LLM capabilities, including workflow design, evaluation/guardrails, and governance for auditable production use.</li><li>
Partner cross-functionally with product, platform, and risk/compliance stakeholders to translate business and regulatory requirements into high-quality technical solutions and delivery plans.</li><li>
Provide hands-on leadership across the SDLC: lead architecture/design reviews, refine requirements and acceptance criteria, and guide execution within an Agile/Scrum team.</li><li>
Mentor and develop engineers, raising the bar through coaching, code/design reviews, and continuous improvement of modern engineering practices.</li><li>
Lead releases and production support, including incident response and operational readiness, while ensuring alignment with security, risk, and internal control expectations.</li></ul>
What You&rsquo;ll Need to Bring<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Computer Science or related field required (Master&rsquo;s preferred).</li><li>
8+ years of backend engineering experience using Java and/or Python, including strong experience with Spring, SQL/NoSQL, and modern distributed systems.</li><li>
2+ years designing and delivering production-grade AI/ML systems, including LLM-based applications and agentic workflows (e.g., stateful agents and memory patterns).</li><li>
Strong background in building distributed, transactional systems in fintech or other regulated domains, with deep understanding of data consistency, idempotency, fault tolerance, and scalability.</li><li>
Solid understanding of security, observability, and production incident handling.</li><li>
Demonstrated ability to lead architectural decisions, define technical standards, and communicate trade-offs to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.</li><li>
Experience with event driven architectures (Kafka, async messaging), Cloud infrastructures (AWS, GCP, Azure).</li><li>
Familiarity with AI cost control, evaluation, and governance practices.</li><li>
Prior experience in trading systems, real‑time financial platforms, or regulated production environments.</li></ul>

Our Investment in You
This role offers a base salary range of $149,000 to $186,000. The range listed represents a good-faith estimate of base salary compensation for this position and does not include incentive compensation, equity or benefits. Individual pay will be determined based on factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, education, certifications, and geographic location, in accordance with applicable pay transparency laws. This role is eligible for an additional incentive component as part of the total rewards package.

We are looking for a Lead Marketing Analyst to join our team and help us connect marketing activity to business outcomes. Reporting to the Head of Marketing Operations, Martech and Analytics, you will be a key contributor to our enterprise analytical foundation. 
In this role, you will own the analytics behind our marketing performance by tracking pipeline contribution, measuring the effectiveness of campaigns, and ensuring our go-to-market efforts are grounded in trusted data. You will play a critical role shaping the KPI architecture and executive reporting standards that drive our growth.

Performance Reporting and Executive Insights

Build and maintain automated dashboards that track core marketing KPIs, ensuring they are credible and decision-ready for senior leadership.</li><li>

What You&rsquo;ll Need to Bring

8+ years of experience in marketing analytics, growth analytics, or a related data role, ideally at an enterprise scale.</li><li>
Strong proficiency in SQL and experience pulling data from a data warehouse such as Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift.</li><li>
Hands-on experience with BI tools like Power BI and a deep understanding of integrated MarTech ecosystems.</li><li>
Deep familiarity with CRM and Marketing Automation Platforms such as Salesforce and Eloqua.</li><li>
Solid understanding of B2B marketing funnels, lead and account definitions, and closed-loop reporting.</li><li>
Ability to communicate complex data clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.</li></ul>
