Job Description &amp; Responsibilities: 1. Procurement &amp; Sourcing<ul><li>Identify and evaluate suppliers for Opex, Capex, calibration, and other operational requirements.</li><li>Conduct market research to ensure competitive and reliable vendor sourcing.</li><li>Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with company goals.</li></ul>2. Cost &amp; Contract Management<ul><li>Lead negotiations with vendors for pricing and service terms.</li><li>Manage contracts, SLAs, and ensure adherence to agreed terms.</li><li>Initiate and drive cost-saving measures without compromising quality.</li></ul>3. Supplier Relationship Management<ul><li>Build and maintain long-term partnerships with key suppliers.</li><li>Monitor supplier performance, conduct audits, and address issues proactively.</li><li>Negotiate long-term agreements and resolve conflicts when necessary.</li></ul>4. Inventory &amp; Demand Planning<ul><li>Monitor inventory levels and prevent stockouts or excess.</li><li>Collaborate with internal departments to plan purchases based on consumption.</li><li>Forecast demand and place timely procurement orders.</li></ul>5. Team Leadership<ul><li>Mentor and supervise the procurement team.</li><li>Conduct regular meetings to review and prioritize procurement needs.</li><li>Promote a performance-driven and collaborative team culture.</li></ul>6. Reporting &amp; Analysis<ul><li>Prepare procurement reports and cost analysis for management.</li><li>Track procurement KPIs and implement performance improvements.</li><li>Provide insights to support strategic planning and decision-making</li><li>Conduct market research to ensure competitive and reliable vendor sourcing.</li><li>Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with company goals.</li></ul>Candidate Requirements:<ul><li>Education: Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Supply Chain / Business Administration (MBA preferred)</li><li>Experience: Minimum 2-3 years in procurement or supply chain roles, including leadership experience</li><li>Skills:</li><li>Strong vendor negotiation and contract management</li><li>Proficiency in ERP systems, MS Excel, and Power BI</li><li>Analytical mindset and excellent communication</li><li>Proven track record in cost optimization and vendor development.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;360,000.00 - &#8377;420,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
