Overview We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Childcare Provider to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and a strong background in various childcare settings, including preschool, daycare, and nannying. This role involves creating a safe, nurturing environment where children can thrive and develop essential skills.Schedule:Monday - FridayPart time: 1 pm to 6:30 pmResponsibilities<ul><li>Supervise and engage with children in a safe and supportive manner.</li><li>Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote physical, emotional, and social development.</li><li>Manage behavior effectively using positive reinforcement techniques.</li><li>Communicate regularly with parents about their child's progress and any concerns.</li><li>Maintain a clean and organized environment conducive to learning and play.</li><li>Collaborate with other caregivers or educators to ensure consistent care.</li><li>Support children with disabilities by adapting activities to meet their individual needs.</li><li>Ability to perform closing duties Monday through Friday</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Previous experience in childcare settings such as preschool, daycare, or babysitting is preferred.</li><li>Strong understanding of child development principles and behavior management techniques.</li><li>Experience working with children with disabilities is a plus.</li><li>Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with children, parents, and team members.</li><li>Ability to create engaging lesson plans or activities tailored to children's interests.</li><li>Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with children are essential traits.</li><li>Certification in CPR/First Aid is highly desirable.</li></ul>Join us in making a difference in the lives of children through quality care and education!Job Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: $11.00 - $15.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Employee discount</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
