HR/Office Manager will be charged with cultivating top grade professionals in an engaging and positive work environment. This individual is a culture advocate for our team members and serves as a liaison officer and coach to our leadership team. Their role within the organization will be a combination of authentically caring for others with a high level of human resources technical knowledge. They will possess an array of skills and abilities to include the attraction, and selection of top-tier talent while being a key supporter of the leadership team in carrying out and enforcing internal policies, along with government compliance on all local, state, and federal laws. Tending to all external business matters and overseeing the daily operations of the office and its various engagements. To include communicating with department heads, relaying important information or policy changes from the leadership team and working to increase productivity and promote positive employee relations, morale, and retention.Job Type: Part-timePay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hourExpected hours: No less than 25 per weekBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
