Location: North Scottsdale, AZ
Compensation: Salary $45,000 - $55,000 -Depending on Experience-*not commission based*
Employment Type: Full Time with Benefits (Medical, Life, Dental, Vision, and 401K with matching)
Schedule: On-site Monday through Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. No nights, no weekends, and no major holidays!
Position Overview:
Envita Medical Center is seeking a mission-driven and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. In this role, you will support the full-cycle recruitment and onboarding process for a variety of departments, including Envita Medical Centers, Vertisis Custom Pharmacy, Envita Interventional Radiology, and our Corporate Headquarters.
This is not a metrics-driven or commission-based role&mdash;we prioritize quality over quantity, and we&rsquo;re looking for someone who is passionate about finding the right people to support our commitment to delivering world-class integrative care.<h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
Key Responsibilities:</h3><ul><li>
Create, revise, and maintain job descriptions across all departments and affiliated entities.</li><li>
Post and manage open positions on external job boards and our applicant tracking system (ADP Workforce Now).</li><li>
Coordinate and schedule interviews, phone screens, and follow-ups.</li><li>
Lead interviews and serve as a key point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process.</li><li>
Extend job offers and clearly communicate compensation packages and benefits.</li><li>
Prepare and manage onboarding documents, including background checks, I-9s, and internal system setup.</li><li>
Facilitate new hire orientation, including paperwork, training schedules, software access, and office tours.</li><li>
Maintain up-to-date and organized physical and digital personnel files.</li><li>
Ensure new hires understand and adhere to company policies and handbook procedures.</li><li>
Support various HR projects and assist with department initiatives as needed.</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
Qualifications:</h3><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.</li><li>
Prior recruiting experience required; healthcare recruiting strongly preferred.</li><li>
Experience with ADP Workforce Now is a plus.</li><li>
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>
Strong administrative, organizational, and time-management abilities.</li><li>
High level of computer literacy (Microsoft Office Suite, email, communication platforms).</li><li>
Ability to multitask, stay detail-oriented, and meet tight deadlines.</li><li>
Team player with a collaborative attitude and a commitment to discretion and professionalism.</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
Additional Information:</h3><ul><li>
This is an on-site position based at our North Scottsdale headquarters.</li><li>
