We are currently searching for Accounts Payable Specialists to work at our corporate office located in Memphis, TN.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Review and audit invoices for accuracy and compliance.</li>
<li>Ensure timely and accurate processing of all invoices.</li>
<li>Assist with matching, coding, and entering invoices as needed, including posting and reconciling invoice batches for special projects or exceptions.</li>
<li>Process weekly check runs, including manual checks as needed.</li>
<li>Ensure all standard operating procedures are followed when preparing and processing payments.</li>
<li>Research and resolve vendor inquiries, payment discrepancies, and outstanding invoices.</li>
<li>Maintain and monitor the accounts payable email inbox, ensuring timely responses and processing.</li>
<li>Maintain ongoing communication with internal and external contacts to resolve payment issues.</li>
<li>Support month-end closing activities related to payables.</li>
<li>Provide support to other Accounts Payable Specialists as needed.</li>
<li>Perform other related duties as assigned.</li>
</ul>
Education and Work Experience Requirements:
<ul><li>High school diploma or GED required</li><li>2 years of college in business or more preferred</li></ul>

Specific Job Knowledge, Skill and Ability:
<ul>
<li>General understanding of accounting concepts and accounting practices</li>
<li>Moderate understanding of Accounts Payable system</li>
<li>Moderate general PC skills</li>
<li>Moderate Excel skills including preparing and modifying spreadsheets</li>
<li>Ability to work effectively with all levels of accounting and operations management</li>
<li>Willingness to assist others perform their duties in a team environment workplace</li>
<li>Working knowledge of apartment operations</li>
</ul>
Rate: $21.63 - $23.07

Accounts Payable Specialist

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Clean grounds on a continuous, daily basis. 
2. Responsible for the exterior curb appeal and cleanliness. 
3. Report any physical damage or concerns about the exterior to the Property Manager. 
4. Light maintenance improvements as necessary to physical exterior. 
5. Assist office staff with special leasing programs involving the exterior of the property. 
6. Assist residents with special needs. 
7. Demonstrate ability to resolve physical problems for the community good. 
8. Help create and maintain at all times a company direction designed to develop loyalty, team spirit and unity of all LEDIC Management Group personnel. 
9. Other duties as assigned, which employee is capable of performing.

Rate: $19.67

Groundskeeper

We are currently searching for an Operations Analyst located in El Paso, TX.

The Operations Analyst will gather and interpret operational data and provide recommendations. Will focus on preparing data analytics, operational reporting, financial analysis of properties in the assigned region and other projects as requested. The Operations Analyst will also research issues which affect property operations, accounting and compliance. Performs a variety of tasks.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Provide mentoring to Community Managers of assigned communities.</li>
<li> Administrative duties to RVP and Portfolio Managers as assigned</li>
<li>Assist in the coordination of all capital improvement programs for assigned communities.</li>
<li>Assist in responding to resident issues. Follow through to ensure issues are resolved.</li>
<li>Assist with vendor calls and visits as well as general vendor relationship management.</li>
<li>Ensure that all required reports are completed accurately and in a timely manner.</li>
<li>Performs audits on properties, as requested.</li>
<li>Assesses properties considered for management and assists with the transitions, as requested.</li>
<li>Ensure that Envolve policies and procedures are followed.</li>
<li>Analyze trends in revenue and accounts receivable. Review tenant ledgers for accuracy and make corrections or assist site teams with corrections weekly.</li>
<li>Compose letters and memos, prepare spreadsheets.</li>
<li>Receive resident related complaint calls and direct them to appropriate managers and assist with resolving issues.</li>
<li>Assist other staff members with special assignments/projects as necessary.</li>
<li>Assist with pre-close and financial statement reviews</li>
<li>Other duties, as assigned.</li>
</ul>
Education and Work Experience Requirements:
<ul>
<li>One to three years property management or real estate experience preferred.</li>
<li>Yardi Software experience preferred</li>
<li>High School Diploma required.</li>
</ul>
Specific Job Knowledge, Skill and Ability:
<ul>
<li>Must have strong financial management skills and be well versed in budgeting, forecasting and cost control.</li>
<li>Solid multi-tasking skills along with the ability to meet deadlines.</li>
<li>Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with co-workers, residents, vendors and corporate staff.</li>
<li>Must be proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Publisher and Outlook)</li>
<li>Experience with Onsite, Yardi and Or eSite preferred but not required</li>
<li>Strong organizational and proofreading skills</li>
<li>Ability to prioritize multiple deadlines.</li>
<li>Must be able to manage confidential projects.</li>
<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.</li>
<li>Must have ability to work independently.</li>
</ul>
Rate: $25.00-$27.00
