We are currently searching for a Full Time Assistant Community Manager in Denver, CO. ***Lease - UP in downtown Denver***

Duties and Responsibilities:
 
 
<ul><li>Assist in directing and supervision of leasing, maintenance, janitorial, and housekeeping staff.</li></ul></div>
<ul><li>Maintain a current knowledge of area competition and market surveys.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Complete or supervise completion and accuracy of weekly activity reports, all rental applications and recording of all rental and leasing information.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Assist Community Manager in the reporting, assigning, and recording of all resident requests.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Assisting Manager in the implementation of resident renewal and retention programs.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Responsible for the collection, receipting, and recording of all rents.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Collection of all delinquent rents.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Provide reports as required.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Other tasks as assigned.</li></ul>

Education and Work Experience Requirements
<ul>
<li>High School diploma or equivalent; some college strongly</li>
<li>1 - 2 years of property management experience or equivalent business experience</li>
<li>1 &ndash; 3 years of experience in leasing, sales, hospitality or customer service</li>
<li>must have LIHTC experience</li>
</ul>
 Specific Job Knowledge, Skill and Ability:
<ul>
<li>This individual will require the ability to interact with other employees as well as residents and demonstrate good communication skills. Must be able to take directions and corrections from supervisors and demonstrate the ability to improve from such</li>
<li>Must demonstrate above average accounting and budgeting skills</li>
<li>Have the ability to ascertain current market status and develop an interest in developing new marketing and leasing</li>
<li>Be able to assume Manager responsibilities in absence of Manager, and must have a working knowledge of all Manager duties and</li>
<li>Maintain a professional appearance with the flexibility to work on the property with other employees, residents and prospective</li>
<li>Must be able to multi-task.</li>
</ul>
Rate: $26.50 - $28.80
