This is an exciting opportunity for a problem-solver with an entrepreneurial spirit who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment and wants to build the next generation of digital experiences.About the RoleAs a Full Stack Developer at ENX2, you&rsquo;ll collaborate closely with our design, SEO, and marketing teams to develop, optimize, and deploy high-performing websites and eCommerce platforms. You&rsquo;ll work across multiple technologies&mdash;building everything from custom WordPress themes and Shopify stores to AI-driven tools and dynamic web applications that redefine what&rsquo;s possible in digital marketing.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop, test, and deploy full-stack web applications using WordPress, Shopify, and modern frameworks.</li><li>Implement and integrate AI technologies (automation, personalization, chatbots, data-driven decision tools, etc.) into websites and digital workflows.</li><li>Build, customize, and optimize Shopify and WooCommerce sites for superior performance, UX, and conversion.</li><li>Write clean, efficient, and scalable code using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), PHP, Python, and MySQL.</li><li>Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize front-end and back-end performance.</li><li>Collaborate with designers, marketers, and project managers to translate creative vision into functional, high-impact websites.</li><li>Manage multiple projects and deadlines with precision and agility.</li><li>Explore new technologies, propose innovative solutions, and contribute to the agency&rsquo;s growth with an entrepreneurial mindset.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Experience<ul><li>5+ years of full stack web development experience (agency or product environment preferred).</li><li>Advanced knowledge of WordPress, Shopify, WooCommerce, and custom theme/plugin development.</li><li>Proven experience integrating or building AI-powered features (chatbots, content generation, predictive analytics, or automation systems).</li><li>Strong grasp of front-end frameworks (React, Vue.js, or similar) and back-end technologies (Node.js, PHP, Python).</li><li>Skilled in APIs, RESTful architecture, database design, and deployment best practices.</li><li>Solid understanding of SEO fundamentals, UX principles, and web accessibility.</li><li>Strong problem-solving, time management, and communication skills.</li><li>A self-starter who can work independently and thrives in a collaborative, growth-oriented environment.</li></ul>Bonus Skills<ul><li>Experience with programmatic or AI-driven marketing tools.</li><li>Familiarity with Google Cloud, AWS, or other hosting environments.</li><li>Understanding of automation scripts, CRMs, and marketing integrations (HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.).</li><li>Background in graphic design or UI/UX considered a plus.</li></ul>Why ENX2?At ENX2, we don&rsquo;t just build websites &mdash; we build digital empires.
