ENYRING is building the next generation of connected battery and mobility products. We are looking for an Embedded Software Engineer to take ownership of the firmware and embedded software powering our battery systems and e-bike products.<br>

What You'll Do</b></h4><p></p><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b><br>
Firmware Development</b></h2><ul><li>
Design and implement embedded software for battery and mobility products</li><li>
Develop new features and improve existing firmware</li><li>
Translate product requirements into robust technical solutions</li><li>
Participate in architecture decisions and technical roadmap planning</li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Product Ownership</b></h2><ul><li>
Take over ownership of the existing firmware stack from external development partners</li><li>
Maintain and evolve the software platform during pilot and PoC deployments</li><li>
Support releases, version management, and long-term maintainability</li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Testing &amp; Reliability</b></h2><ul><li>
Troubleshoot and debug hardware/software interactions</li><li>
Perform root-cause analysis for field issues</li><li>
Improve monitoring, diagnostics, and system reliability</li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Cross-Functional Collaboration</b></h2><ul><li>
Work closely with our UX/UI team</li><li>

Required Skills &amp; Experience</b></h2><ul><li>
Strong experience in embedded software/firmware development using <b>C/C++</b></li><li>
Hands-on experience with <b>Zephyr RTOS</b> and/or <b>Embedded Linux</b></li><li>
Experience designing, developing, testing, and debugging embedded systems</li><li>
Strong understanding of communication protocols including:<ul><li><b>
CAN</b></li><li><b>
CANopen</b></li><li><b>
Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE)</b></li><li><b>
NFC</b></li></ul></li><li>
Experience with hardware-software integration and troubleshooting</li><li>
Knowledge of low-voltage electronics and embedded hardware fundamentals</li><li>
Strong debugging, root cause analysis, and problem-solving skills</li><li>
Ability to translate product requirements into robust technical solutions</li><li>
Professional proficiency in <b>English or German</b> (English is the shared working language at ENYRING)</li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b><br>
