We&rsquo;re looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Senior Solution Engineer (f/m/d) to join our Engineering team and help build products that meet the highest quality standards and contribute to an exceptional developer experience. 
You will be instrumental in providing hands-on technical support to our ecosystem projects and building scalable Web3 applications, SDKs, and tools that power decentralised experiences for users and developers alike.<h2 class="jobSectionHeader"> 
Key Responsibilities:</h2><ul><li>
Design, develop, and maintain production-grade Web3 applications using Solidity and Javascript.</li><li>
Build and maintain JavaScript/TypeScript SDKs and client libraries that abstract complex blockchain logic for internal and external developers.</li><li>
Actively provide technical support to projects building on peaq network.</li><li>
Lead the development of decentralised applications (dApps) that integrate with smart contracts across EVM-compatible chains.</li><li>
Manage end-to-end mobile SDK development while collaborating with and supporting DePIN projects building on peaq network.</li><li>
Work with blockchain interaction libraries such as Ethers.js, Web3.js, and Viem to build secure and performant integrations.</li><li>
Implement and support token standards including ERC-20, ERC-721, and ERC-1155, with attention to interoperability and gas efficiency.</li><li>
Develop scalable backend services and APIs using REST and GraphQL, ensuring high performance and uptime.</li><li>
Optimise frontend and backend systems for scalability, security, and performance across different environments and user contexts.</li><li>
Collaborate cross-functionally with blockchain engineers, product managers, designers, and QA to deliver features with high impact and usability.</li><li>
Write clean, modular, and well-documented code adhering to Web3 best practices.</li><li>
Contribute to the architecture, testing, versioning, and packaging of SDKs for external developer use.</li><li>
Conduct code reviews, help guide junior team members in engineering and Web3 best practices.</li><li>
Stay up to date with the latest trends in blockchain protocols, smart contract development, wallet integrations, and Web3 tooling.</li><li>
Actively contribute to internal engineering standards and drive improvements in development workflows and developer experience.</li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader">
Basic Qualifications &amp; Requirements</h2><ul><li>
4+ years of experience as a software engineer with backend and mobile development skills.</li><li>
1+ years of experience with blockchain and Web3 development.</li><li>
Proven experience working with JavaScript, TypeScript, Swift and Kotlin</li><li>
Some experience working with Next.js, React.js, and Node.js for full stack development.</li><li>
Hands-on experience with blockchain and Web3 development.</li><li>
Proficiency with Web3.js, Ethers.js, or Viem to interact with smart contracts.</li><li>
Understanding of Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM), Solidity, and smart contract development.</li><li>
Familiarity with RPCs, IPFS, The Graph for blockchain data access.</li><li>
Strong understanding of security best practices in Web3 applications.</li><li>
Experience with centralized databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL and MongoDB.</li><li>
Experience with decentralised databases such as IPFS, FileBase, Arweave, Crust and Filecoin etc.</li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"> 
Preferred Skills &amp; Experience</h2><ul><li>
Hands-on experience with Solidity and smart contract development.</li><li>
Experience with Substrate and pallet development.</li><li>
Knowledge of DeFi, DAOs, or NFT marketplaces.</li><li>
Understanding of decentralized storage solutions (IPFS, Arweave, Filecoin).</li><li>
Familiarity with DiDs, VCs and VPs, RBACs.</li><li>
Familiarity with SDK development (Android and iOS).</li><li>
Familiarity with Flutter SDK development.</li><li>

Senior Solution Engineer (f/m/d)

As Head of Marketing (f/m/d) at peaq, you&rsquo;ll own and scale our global marketing and communications efforts, driving adoption and brand recognition. You&rsquo;ll work directly with the founders, lead a team of ~10 today &ndash; and grow it further as we scale, and set the strategies to attract users, developers, and partners.
We&rsquo;re looking for someone who has already operated at the very top &mdash; either leading or playing a key role in a top-100 Web3 project with world-class communications, or driving marketing for a leading tech company while being a Web3 user and advocate.<h2 class="jobSectionHeader">
Responsibilities</h2><ul><li>
Lead &amp; Grow the Team: Inspire and scale a global team across Marketing, Community, PR, and Events &ndash; while working hand-in-hand with the Creative team.</li><li>
Own Growth: Scale users, developers, and ecosystem adoption. Track funnels, CAC, LTV, conversion, and retention &mdash; and act on insights.</li><li>
Drive Adoption: Partner with our CBO to design and execute country-by-country go-to-market strategies across priority regions.</li><li>
Shape Brand &amp; Content: Oversee all output, from campaigns to visuals, ensuring world-class quality and consistency across every post and engagement.</li><li>
Amplify Ecosystem: Highlight project successes, attract new builders, and make peaq the go-to brand in the Machine Economy in and beyond Web3.</li><li>
PR, Narrative &amp; Positioning: Build up peaq&rsquo;s core narratives in tech and mainstream media. Be comfortable as a spokesperson on stage, with media, and with partners.</li><li>
Community &amp; Social: Lead channels with a voice that resonates beyond crypto; ship content and incentive loops that convert attention into active builders and users.</li><li>
Events &amp; Partnerships: Curate hackathons, summits, and activations with measurable pipeline and community impact.</li><li>
Ops &amp; Analytics: Own martech, dashboards, budget pacing; create systems and processes that scale globally.</li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"> 
Basic Qualifications &amp; Requirements</h2><ul><li>
7+ years of experience in senior marketing roles with 2+ in leadership.</li><li>
You&rsquo;ve either scaled a top-100 Web3 project with standout comms and growth, or run marketing/growth at a leading global tech company and are a strong Web3 advocate, or have led your own web3 focused marketing agency for 5+ years successfully.
</li><li>Proven track record delivering at least 2 successful digital product GTMs with public, measurable results.</li><li>
Experience managing and scaling teams in high-growth environments.</li><li>
Exceptional communicator and storyteller. Your English is on par with the King&rsquo;s and you hold everyone to the highest standards of expression.

Sales-minded: you can pitch, persuade, and close.</li><li>
You get the Web3/crypto culture, especially on X.</li><li>
