Duties and Responsibilities: Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA)
<ul>
<li>Apply selected forms of treatment or modalities under the direction of the physical therapist.</li>
<li>Collaborate with the physical therapist to develop and implement recovery programs.</li>
<li>Provide direct patient care, including therapeutic exercises and activities</li>
<li>Educate patients and their families on therapeutic techniques and home exercises</li>
<li>Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care</li>
</ul>
Qualifications and Skills: Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA)

We are seeking team members who have the following qualifications and skills:

<li>Current COTA certification in the state of Wisconsin</li>
<li>Professional enthusiastic attitude</li>
<li>Strong communication skills</li>
<li>Self-motivated</li>
<li>Shows initiative in daily work</li></ul>
