We are looking for an experienced, energetic and motivated On-site Service Engineer to join our team. As a Ons-site Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing service and support for a local customer&rsquo;s equipment. You will manage all on-site installation, repair, maintenance, diagnosing technical problems and determining proper solutions in order to achieve outstanding customer satisfaction.</div><div><br>
Your Mission</div><div><ul><li><br>
Installation of equipment at customer&rsquo;s facility to ensure full functionality according to EOS specifications.</li><li>Provide on-site technical/remote assistance to help troubleshoot and repair equipment.</li><li>Perform preventive maintenance procedures for customer&rsquo;s equipment within the scheduled time.</li><li>Timely, accurate submission of all service documentation according to EOS procedures and guidelines.</li><li>Cooperate in projects such as training, documentation, and exhibition installations.</li><li>Work closely with 2nd Level Support to ensure local install base is maintained to company standards.</li><li>Communicate and maintain service records and service reports.</li><li>Manage EOS service tools and spare parts inventory to ensure accurate inventory of assigned company assets.</li></ul></div><div><br>
Your Talents</div><div><ul><li><br>
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in servicing industrial equipment.</li><li>Certified technician or skilled worker in electrical engineering technology.</li><li>Experience in additive manufacturing data preparation using MAGICS and/or SolidWorks.</li><li>Thorough product knowledge on industrial lasers and axis motion systems.</li><li>Skilled in using written, oral, schematic and diagram engineering instructions.</li><li>Possess computer knowledge (PC-configuration, MS-Windows, Network knowledge, MS- Office).</li><li>Availability to work irregular shifts, including evenings and weekends.</li><li>Ability to work independently as well as within a team.</li><li>Professional appearance and conduct, with good communication skills.</li><li>Willingness to travel, including international travel.</li><li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license and passport.</li></ul></div><div><br>
