Your Mission
Endpoint Management<ul><li>
Manage Windows and mobile devices using Microsoft Intune and Endpoint Manager</li><li>
Configure compliance policies, device profiles, and Windows Autopilot deployments</li><li>
Maintain application deployment and software packaging</li></ul>
User Experience<ul><li>
Provide end-user support for digital workplace technologies</li><li>
Troubleshoot complex Microsoft 365 and endpoint issues</li><li>
Improve productivity through automation and self-service solutions</li><li>
Enhance IT service delivery through ServiceNow workflows, knowledge articles, and process documentation</li></ul>
Identity &amp; Access Management<ul><li>
Support Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and Active Directory</li><li>
Manage Conditional Access, MFA, and SSO</li><li>
Administer SolarWinds ARM for identity governance, access management, and compliance</li><li>
Perform access reviews, recertifications, and audit support</li><li>
Collaborate with Information Security and business teams to maintain least-privilege access controls</li></ul>
Your Talents<ul><li>
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and service management skills</li><li>
Fluent in English</li><li>
Extensive experience with Microsoft 365, Intune, Windows Autopilot, and modern endpoint management</li><li>
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, identity management, Conditional Access, and MFA</li><li>
Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms and ITIL-based service processes</li><li>
Experience contributing to infrastructure and digital transformation projects</li><li>
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work independently as well as collaboratively</li><li>
Commitment to continuous learning and staying current with Microsoft technologies and best practices</li></ul>
