An estimation engineer analyzes project documents to create accurate and timely cost estimates for materials, labor, equipment, and other resources, ensuring bids are competitive and projects remain within budget.Core Responsibilities<ul><li>Cost Analysis &amp; Estimation: Analyze project requirements, technical drawings, and specifications to develop detailed estimates for materials, labor, equipment, and associated costs.</li><li>Document Review: Study tender documents, blueprints, and other project specifications to understand project scope and requirements.</li><li>Cost Modeling: Develop and utilize cost models and other tools to support the estimating process.</li><li>Bill of Materials (BOM): Create comprehensive bills of materials, listing all raw materials and components needed for a project.</li><li>Data Analysis &amp; Reporting: Collect and analyze data to identify cost trends, track performance, and provide financial reporting and other data.</li><li>Collaboration &amp; Communication: Work closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate and aligned cost estimates.</li><li>Client Interaction: Present cost estimates and justifications to clients for approval and to manage expectations.</li><li>Process Improvement: Develop and revise manufacturing processes or work instructions to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: QAR3,500.00 - QAR5,000.00 per month
