Responsibilities<ul><li>
Oversee the end-to-end delivery of AI-driven solutions ensuring alignment with strategic objectives</li><li>
Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts and AI Engineers to define project scope, timelines and deliverables</li><li>
Monitor and track project progress, risks and dependencies to ensure timely completion of milestones</li><li>
Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning and retrospectives to drive best practices</li><li>
Support resource allocation and proactively address risk mitigation activities</li><li>
Act as the primary point of contact for project updates, reporting and escalations</li><li>
Maintain regular communication with leadership, stakeholders and cross-functional teams</li><li>
Prepare and deliver status reports, dashboards and delivery insights using tools such as JIRA, Confluence</li><li>
Ensure clear and comprehensive documentation of requirements, decisions and project progress</li><li>
Work closely with QA teams to validate AI-generated outputs ensuring compliance with enterprise security and regulatory standards</li></ul>
Requirements<ul><li>
Experience in Project Coordination, Delivery Management or Agile Project Execution</li><li>
Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) and experience working with cross-functional teams</li><li>
Experience in AI/ML projects, enterprise software delivery or digital transformation initiatives</li><li>
Hands-on experience with project tracking tools like JIRA, Confluence</li><li>
Strong communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills</li><li>
Ability to work with distributed teams across multiple geographies (onshore-offshore delivery model)</li><li>
An academic degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field</li><li>
Valid SCE (Saudi Council of Engineers) certificate (or eligibility to obtain) is required for this position</li></ul>

Nature of Work and Working Hours
The usual working hours for full-time roles at EPAM in Saudi Arabia are from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, including a one-hour unpaid lunch break. Working hours may vary based on client requirements and flexibility is accommodated whenever possible.
