What you&rsquo;ll be responsible for</b></div><ul><li>
Assist with reviewing current contracts to help identify operational and financial requirements</li><li>
Support budgeting and financial processes for the Operations team, including:</li><li><ul><li>
Helping develop budget and reporting templates</li><li>
Supporting the invoicing process by verifying basic terms and preparing supporting documentation</li><li>
Assisting with financial analysis comparing expenditures to budgets</li><li>
Helping generate KPIs using data analytics tools</li><li>
Coordinating with Finance and Commercial teams to support timely financial deliverables</li><li>
Preparing weekly expenditure summaries with guidance from the team</li></ul></li><li>
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to help address inquiries and resolve simple discrepancies</li><li>
Assist with identifying opportunities to improve and streamline budgeting and financial workflows</li><li>
Support a variety of daily tasks and special projects for the Operations team</li><li>
Contribute to other projects and tasks as requested

Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a post‑secondary program such as Business, Finance, Accounting, Legal Studies, Economics, or a related field</li><li>
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail</li><li>
Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills</li><li>
Proficiency with Microsoft 365; experience with SharePoint or Oracle financial systems is a plus</li><li>
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment</li><li>

This high-visibility role requires exceptional judgment, organization, and communication skills.</p><p>
As a trusted partner to the EVP offices, you will ensure seamless operations&mdash;anticipating needs, managing complex priorities, and driving execution of key deliverables while supporting strategic initiatives across North American Commercial Services (NACS).</p><h1 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>

Executive Support &amp; Coordination</b></h2><ul><li>

Manage dynamic executive calendars, prioritize competing demands, and coordinate travel.</li><li>
