EPG for Education

<ul><li>Show an understanding of appropriate pedagogy and approach to Early Years teaching and learning and ensure that this is evident in daily classroom practice.</li><li>Know and understand the EPG curriculum according to the subject taught.</li><li>Plan and prepare lessons on the approved format in order to deliver the EPG Curriculum.</li><li>Identify opportunities for observations, record keeping and differentiation in Lesson Plans.</li><li>Identify clear teaching objectives and learning outcomes, with appropriate challenge and expectations.</li><li>Ensure all lessons have breadth and balance and follow the approved flow, including Carpet Times and Centers.</li><li>Use only approved resources to support the curriculum unless with prior approval from the Learning Leader.</li><li>Reflect on teaching and learning and record through checklists, observations, assessments, digital record keeping and on the Lesson Plan.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: KD300.000 - KD350.000 per month
