Job BriefWe are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Technical Detailer.The responsibilities include designing, drafting detailed blueprints, selecting appropriate materials, and presenting design proposals to clients.Our ideal candidate is proficient in using CAD software, has a strong understanding of architectural trends and methods, and possesses excellent design and spatial awareness skills.Responsibilities<ul><li>Collaborate with clients to gather product and structural requirements and designs</li><li>Create architectural designs and highly detailed drawings both by hand and by using computer-aided design (CAD) application</li><li>Prepare detailed architectural designs, plans, and specifications</li><li>Present design proposals to clients for approval</li><li>Work closely with a team</li><li>Consider factors such as safety, cost, and functionality when designing structures</li><li>Stay updated with latest architectural trends and advancements</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Proven work experience as an Architectural Designer or similar role</li><li>Proficiency in AutoCAD</li><li>Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality architectural designs</li><li>Sound understanding of construction techniques and architectural trends</li><li>Ability to sketch detailed drawing plans both by hand and by using CAD applications</li><li>Excellent design and visualisation skills</li><li>BSc degree in Architecture or related field</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From AED3,000.00 per month
